She was an amazing host. Met us at the Airbnb to welcome us in and showed us around. Very responsive and lovely. Will definitely be staying here again when I visit.

The house is just as described in the listing. We were three families, 12 people in total, with children between 2-9 years old and they had a phenomenal time, the house is super comfortable for families. Communication with the host is great, anything we need or doubt that we had was resolved.

The owner is very quick to respond. Prior to our arrival he sent very detailed instructions on getting to the house and on local sights that are worth seeing. The house is ideal and was very clean. It has all that is needed with plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses etc. The owner is an artist and the house is decorated with his pictures. There is off street parking for two cars and there are bikes in the shed for local cycling if you wish to. Ideally located for Santander and for local sights including the mountains.

What an out of the world place to stay - remote location, views, walks, even very challenging cycling routes - the hills are steep and long even for someone used to biking in Scotland. The cabin itself was very nice with everything provided, also the pool which Hilary used each day. Highly recommend if you like being remote - don’t despair as the approach road heads towards the sky for 6km and 600m into the air - the cabin does exist!

Casa La Pondarosa is a very charming cottage in a great location. Only greenery around you, in a quiet garden, which gives the feeling of tranquility and plenty of space. In the area you can walk very well. There are a few fantastic restaurants nearby. Jose is great host. Very friendly and responds very quickly to messages. He gives fantastic tips for good restaurants in advance, they were highly recommended. We were extremely satisfied with our vacation.

It was wonderful, we were a big group and we don't have a single complaint. We loved it and would come back if possible.

I can't help but say that it has been a pleasure spending this month in the chalet in Xabi. Both he and his parents are lovely and have responded very well and quickly to the small requests we may have. The house is definitely highly recommended, super comfortable, great beds and having three bathrooms a wonder for the whole family. We would definitely repeat our stay.

The place was perfect. Very clean, renovated, with everything you need. It had an incredible garden, which unfortunately we couldn't take too much for rainy days, but if you bring dogs they're really good there. It also has parking to get the car in, all a convenience. Lorena, she was very kind at all times. To put a but, we booked stating that we were going with pets, and when we arrived, he told us that €35 per pet had to be paid, something that didn't seem good to me since I never put it in the reservation. Lorena understood it, and finally we didn't pay for it. In short, everything is perfect, we have been very comfortable! I recommend it 100%.

Our stay at Feli's place was great. Nothing is missing in the house (it is as if you are going to a family member's house), the garden is very good and is completely closed, we travel with our Sia galga, and it's been a pipe. Thank you Feli

The truth is that my experience has been unbeatable. The house is beautiful, very well located and has everything. What we liked the most was the attention of Lourdes, it has been enchanting, very friendly and helpful. In addition, he has nailed with each of the recommendations he has made to us about places of interest, restaurant and plans. For my next trip to Santander I have no doubt that I will repeat.

We stayed two couples and it was a very nice instance. The cabin is very well cared for and Toñi's treatment was impeccable, very attentive and friendly to help us with everything we needed. We went in winter and - although it is a cold area - we did not spend anything cold at home because the heating works perfect and the wood stove is very good. 100% recommended! This place is stunning, if you surf it’s just dreamy. Depending on the forecast you may need to walk the beach a bit to find the right waves for your skill level but knowing you can walk to the beach, surf, and then walk back to your home is just the best. Due to the price it’s not a place we will stay regularly but it’s perfect for a special occasion.

A 4 day stay passed! We have gone 6 people, we have all been very happy. Sandra left us everything we needed at the house, in addition to helping us on the first day to find it. The rooms and bathroom are like in a basement but have windows. The only thing we missed was a little wifi and that the remote control worked, but otherwise super good. We had the heating almost all day on and we didn't get cold at all. Overall, all great! Many, thank you, Sandra!

The house is spacious, the kitchen and dining room in the same space, occupying the first floor, along with a bathroom. The fireplace comes very well for the winter and we use it with the firewood that the hostess left us. The three rooms and the second bathroom are on the second floor. The master bedroom is spacious, with a sofa included and with exit to a large balcony. The surroundings of the house is landscaped with a pool and a very spacious gazebo to be able to be and eat out. It has a barbecue. I think the price is not bad compared to other houses in the area. I would definitely come back if I'm approaching here again. A very special natural environment for walking and enjoying nature.

A fantastic traditional house well situated for enjoying Comillas town and beach. This is a home from home feel, the house has clearly been used as a personal holiday home for decades and so it is filled with comfy details, interesting things and a very well equipped kitchen. There is WiFi too, which pleased the teenagers in the party. Parking is a little tricky at high season (July-August) but the main road above the house is a good place to find a spot if the closer by parking is full. We recommend Quo Vadis restaurant for Pizza and lovely pasta. Our group took great advantage too of the surfing beach 10 mins drive away from the house. Oyambre Surf company had surf board for hire on a walk in basis at the beach. Comillas is perfect for a multi-generational family holiday. Thanks to Florian and Veronica for their help.

A cozy place to disconnect, without more noise than that of nature itself and the tranquility that the children and dogs play on the ground without danger, nor disturb any neighbors.

The stay has been a luxury, the house is amazing with a lot of comforts to be great even when the weather doesn't allow it, which has also not been our case so we could enjoy a great barbecue in the huge garden. Regarding Olga is a charm, from the first moment he gave us all the possible facilities and recommended activities and places to visit. In short, a real pleasure.
