Charles is an amazing host, he goes above and beyond. He set up a ride from the airport for us as well as a transfer to Chiang Rai. We ate at 5 of his recommended restaurants and enjoyed them all. The house is a stones throw to Wat Phra Singh. Tucked away from noisy streets and bars as well. Would recommended 10/10.

We loved Daria’s place - bright, cozy, surrounded by trees, and stocked with essentials for everyday living Neighborhood is also our favorite part of Chiang Mai - peaceful but walkable to coffee + restaurants and cafes. Will stay again

Everything is spotless and thoughtfully prepared. Everything is well equipped, and it is conveniently and neatly designed so that you can feel the host's attention to detail in every corner. You can relax peacefully and comfortably with privacy. The way into the house is narrow, so it can be unfamiliar at first, but once you enter the house, the house is so comfortable and comfortable that you don't want to go out. The host always responded quickly and kindly, so I had a pleasant and comfortable stay during my stay. If I come back to Chiang Mai with my family, I would like to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay for 3 weeks! Astra is great building - and the hosts made it even better. The apartment was a great size for two of us, the location is great, and the view of the mountain in the morning was lovely. We had a few issues while we were there, and the hosts were so quick to respond and got everything fixed right away. Overall, we had a great stay!

The room is very clean, the bed is also very large, it feels like home, probably because there are many plants around the house, so there are more mosquitoes, but it does not affect the overall feeling of staying, I will stay again!

We can only recommend this place - we will be back! Annie has been a great host who provides us with all the necessary information in advance and shortly before departure and quickly during the stay with questions responded. We liked the apartment very much, location on the 14th floor was great! Very tasteful interior design. The condo is highly recommended, great opportunities to relax with gym, sauna and especially the mega roof top pool!!! It was awesome! Very friendly staff, right across the street is a 7eleven - in case you need anything. In the area there are some nice places, the night market can be easily reached in about 15 minutes on foot, the old town in about 30 minutes walk - just top location! Looking forward to our next stay with you Annie!
