Wide home near Rambla, great location!

Our house is located in a very interesting point in Cologne, a quiet neighborhood with proximity to various places of interest in the city. You'll love my place because of the natural light of the place, the background with barbecue and green space, the wood-burning stove, the spaciousness of the place, comfortable and spacious kitchen, complete and with basic condiments at your disposal. My listing space is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families, and large groups of friends.

Quiet happy

It is a very comfortable, bright, clean and functional house on 2 floors, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunks. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. It's a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, football bow, basketball hoop and hammocks. We go with our young children and we are HAPPY there. We expect our guests to enjoy it as much as we do.

El Nido Treehouse is a fully equipped little casita in the middle of our trees in our farm in Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay with a deck with a view of the vineyards, swings, hammocks, a pool and even a place to light a fire and cook a barbacue! We are 10 kilometers away from Colonia, a 15 minute drive. Taxis to and from El Nido cost approximately 14 dollars and is the way most of our guests get to the houses. No kids allowed.

The apartment is spacious and incredibly comfortable. Ultra bright thanks to its glazed front and with panoramic views. The building is located in front of the river, on La Rambla.
