Vacation rentals with beach access in San Miguel

We had a great two nights stay at this apartment and really loved the Miraflores neighborhood which was mostly quiet and during the day you have some good restaurant options within 10 mins walking distance and also the lovely coastline just 50 meters in front of the door.

Great view. Great location. The host was very kind. The building is older compared to others in Miraflores but it didn’t cause any issues. I enjoyed my stay.

¡Amazing experience! The apartment in the thirteenth floor exceeded all of my expectations. The sea view is simply spectacular, perfect for relaxing and enjoying every sunrise and sunset. The two rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped, which made our stay even more enjoyable. In addition, the location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Host was very kind and helpful at all times. Definitely a perfect option for an unforgettable stay. Would 100% recommend.

The apartment was found clean, in very good condition, has enough utensils, linens. Hans in a very attentive host and cares about the comfort of the tenants. The reception is also very crowded. We were able to use the pool without any complications. My family was very happy with all the attention provided.

We had a very comfortable 10 night stay here. It is well appointed, having enough appliances and cookware to make a longer stay easy. The apartment was well decorated, super clean and spacious. It felt like a home. Ismael was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely come back.

Exactly what we needed

Rafael’s place was awesome!!! My family and I stayed there and celebrated my grandmas 90th birthday. The place was very accommodating, comfortable and beautiful! Perfect location, easy to walk to coffee or grocery store. You will have beautiful views. Rafael was a wonderful host, very kind and patient. We will love to come back, soon!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Matthias place in lovely Barranco! There are loads of great cafes, restaurants, bars, shops in walking distance. We really liked the cozy balcony for our morning coffee. As pointed out by previous refiews, it is located on a busy street (in a busy city) - but as we are both used to sleeping with earplugs it was no issue at all. Matthias and his team of people tending for the house are very friendly and responsive. Can absolutely recommend this beautiful place in Barranco!

Great place if you are looking at going out and having some fun. the street is noisy at night so the a/c was instrumental to be able to keep the noise down by closing the windows. overall I would recommend it.

Nice house for our family to stay. As advertised and matched the photos. Everyone was very communicative and helpful. Check in and check out were very easy. Easily walkable to the ocean and the major streets of Lima. Spacious house. Would stay again if in Lima.

This is the 2nd time we stay at this typical Miraflores House. It has everything you need for your short or long stay with the ocean near by, amazing views, restaurants etc. The cozy house is comfortable, well equipped and it was perfect for the 2 of us. I would keep coming.

The apartment is nice, it has everything you need to make the stay comfortable, it is about 7min from the metro station, which helps you to be able to mobilize in Lima! Rosa Maria is friendly and an excellent host

We absolutely loved our Airbnb in Lima! It was in a beautiful and convenient location. 24 hour security was great! Javier had all the appliances we needed, including dishwasher which most houses don’t have in Peru. Although we had many things in our itinerary, we reserved the time to see the sunset at the house because of the views. There is a beautiful coffee shop across the street to take in the views too. I strongly recommend getting this place, I would stay again!

The stay went very well. The apartment is ideal for a few days stay in a central area, quiet and rich in services (airport proximity, restaurants, markets...).

the apartment is as indicated by the advertisement , margarita and her mom were very kind to me and my family, close to the place there are markets and the area is accessible.

getting there is easy, the condominium has a lot of security and the apartment is as shown in the photos. Good ocean views.
