Awesome place. Highly recommend for a group. Easy walk downhill to town. Hard walk back but also can take a short cheap uber. Home was comfortable and had all we needed. Water/pipes has some issues, can take a few minutes for it to start flowing. But not a big deal. Responsive helpful hosts.

The house is really nice and spacious. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the morning and evening. Great water pressure, but hot water runs out quickly after 1 person showers. The house was a little hard to go to and from on foot. We found it to be a little far for us and we would take an uber home every evening to skip the long, steep walk home. It was about a 25 -30 min walk to the center of town from door to door. Which is a little hard with a 5 year old. But if you don’t mind walking or using uber it’s ok. We just prefer to be able to go to and from the house easily by foot. Otherwise great stay!

The apartment was spectacular. Adriana was quick to collaborate with any questions we had, and was flexible at the time of handing over the apartment. We would definitely come back.

We loved our 7 week stay in this location just outside the main center. With the pools, gym on location and a track and pickleball courts across the street, it is a great place to stay active. It is just over 1 km walk to great grocery stores and 3 km right into Centro passing by many excellent restaurants. You can also access these places easily via Ubers for about 75 pesos or so or by the bus across the street for only 8 pesos. The unit itself is well laid out and comfortable and the rooftop deck was a wonderful place to hang out. It had all the amenities we needed for our long stay. Tyrone and Peter were always accessible and helped us out with many things including the booking of their maid to keep the place very tidy. If you are a light sleeper, just a note that this is near a busy road so some traffic noise can be heard as well as any loud neighbor but this was minimal. All in all, it is a great place to stay with tons of amenities and away from the bustle of downtown.

Beautiful home! Very clean and comfortable. The terrace had great views and was a perfect place to have coffee and breakfast. Good location with 10-15 minute walk into town. Alicia was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay again!

Excellent place near the center, it has everything you need to spend a few days without missing the home. It is equent in the upper parts of San miguel, so pedestrian access can be complicated

Great location within a short walking distance to the market, shops, restaurants & Centro. It’s the perfect house for large gatherings and offers plenty of room both inside & out that includes a private courtyard & rooftop seating.

It's a great place to spend the weekend relaxed with the family. It was a great choice for our meeting.

We enjoyed our condo and all the amenities this place has to offer. We recommend it to all who want to enjoy San Miguel de Allende and feel like part of a neighborhood. Although there’s shuttle service, we enjoyed walking down to Centro and back on cobblestones streets. As for the home, the beds and showers were great. Decorations of this new home were lovely. Also want to point out how the porch and nearby creek with lots of birds was wonderful and certainly made my morning and evening. The swimming pool and workout area are wonderful added amenities at the clubhouse. Thanks again for the hospitality!

The house is beautiful, the service is great. The only issue we had was to get there as there are two roads and one of them is closed access. As a suggestion, clarify which path should be taken.

Everything was wonderful, our host was always very attentive at all times and the place was incredible, very clean, friendly and very comfortable; certainly the place was very close to the center but at the top of the hill; the problem was not to go down to the center walking (due to the issue of parking and traffic congestion) but rather to return to the place but fortunately there are taxis and you arrive in 2 minutes.

The house is beautiful, the decor, the maintenance, everything perfect. We were 8 and the space looked very good, being able to book the alberquitas a super plus, super recommendable!!
