Vacation rentals with lake access in San Mateo County

Andy and his family were awesome. Very helpful and always friendly to assist further. They even came to clean the whole place to make sure we get a nice experience. The location was a bit rough but the stay was very nice. Flatmates were nice and easy to get along. I like the way they separate the racks and fridge storages into different rooms to use and the cutleries were assigned to different rooms also. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Rui's place! The house is new, clean, spacious, and has everything you could ask for. I shared the space with other renters, and everything is nicely labeled in the kitchen with designated drawers and cabinets per room. My bed was super comfortable and the closet had lots of cubbies where I could unpack my things and feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet and residential - I parked my car across from the house, and never worried about it or had to search for parking. The house is walking distance to the grocery store and some quick bite restaurants, and just a short 5 minute drive to Costco, Target, Safeway, etc. Rui was super communicative and friendly, and even left me a small welcome gift. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

I couldn’t have asked for a better host than Allison, she made me feel at home right away and quick to address issues, just couple minor ones. Great view of the bay and San Francisco off in the distance. Her place is fully stocked with many amenities. It is very close to Lake Chabot. The neighborhood is safe, quiet with easy parking. I highly recommend her and her place!

I enjoyed my stay at Steven’s home. Very friendly household. He rents out several rooms and everyone I met was friendly, kind and considerate. Bed was very comfortable. Only side note is if it is a colder month, bring warm clothes as they use the heater during restricted hours. I don’t mind bundling up and I prefer to not sleep with heaters on, however, it gets very cold. Plenty of blankets to stay warm. Home is immaculate- that is my only concern. Definitely a great location and nice place to stay. I will stay here again for future visits.

My 3rd time staying at Andy’s place for a long term booking and just as before, it has super fast reliable wifi, fully stocked kitchen, modern amenities, as well as a perfect location not far from BART, grocery stores & restaurants. Andy is easy-going, professional, and super responsive & flexible to any requests. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and Andy’s place will always be my go-to whenever I’m in the East Bay!

Another great stay at Andy's! Comfortable bed and very private. I worked some days and some nights and knew I had privacy as if I was a long term tenant. If any issues arose, Andy was quick to respond and help.

great space to crash when commuting to school. the bathroom was well-decorated and they provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. multiple bath towels were given also! kitchen was stocked with dishes & utensils, paper towels, and coffee. view was beautiful from the bedroom too, so overall a great experience!

Fernando was a kind and charming host, with two beautiful black cats. We mostly stayed in our room when we weren't out and about, but Fernando was friendly and helpful whenever we interacted. We parked in a reserved spot in a carpark, which was great. We had a private bath across a small hall from the bedroom. The room is small, but the bed was very comfortable - and you don't need much space when you use the room mainly for sleeping! Checking out was as easy as handing Fernando the keys and saying how much we enjoyed the stay.

This was such a wonderful getaway. Thank you for sharing your space with us. Parking was easy. There is an elevator for anyone who doesn’t want to or can’t use stairs. We hope to book again soon!
