Vacation rentals in San Marcos

I had a fantastic time! The chalet is in a perfect location, and the directions provided were clear, making it easy to find. Lilian was always quick to respond and ready to assist with any questions. I’ll definitely be returning!

We stayed for a week and loved the property. The single beds were replaced with a very comfortable full size bed with high quality linens. Well stocked kitchen, bottled water was also provided. Spacious workspace/dining room, comfortable seating and TV area and very stable/fast internet. The suite was very clean, spacious , with large screened windows, awesome views of the property and sea. I wasn't sure what to expect for the bathroom because the ad only mentioned an outside shower but there is an indoor 3 pc bathroom located just steps outside of the suite, that was a pleasant surprise for me. It was very clean. We enjoyed the deck spaces, wood/charcoal BBQ and covered parking was a bonus. Roberto was a fantastic host. I recommend his smoked chicken and fish, if you can get it. We hired him for a day of fishing, he was an awesome guide. He can also arrange a kayak rental, another bonus. I give Roberto and the property a 5 star rating. Great dogs as well. I hope to return.

Very nice place, quiete with good beds. 5 minutes from the arrival with the boats. Smyalin was very nice and bring us what we needed really quickly. He was perfect ! Communication with Maria was easy and very nice. Very good adress 😀

The weather in Javier's house was very nice, it is a wonderful place to relax (more or less) away from the city and enjoy nature. Javier was always super helpful and kind with everything, Livingston showed us and was always willing to make sure we had a good time. Thank you for the beautiful days!:)

Nery was very friendly and it was easy to communicate with him at all times. My family had a great time in Livingston and Nery was flexible with meeting at the dock and arranged for transport to the house. If ever back in Livingston, would not hesitate to rent again with Nery.

Very nice place, quite quiet we liked the house, since it is facing the sea, the person who received us and gave us the keys was very kind. Meibe was also very friendly, although we did not meet them in people, they were pending and answered the messages quickly. Only maybe something to improve would be the entrance since if you walk in a rainy season there is a lot of mud, and it's a little difficult to walk. Thanks to the fact that there is a concrete road it is possible to pass a part without mud. But it's no obstacle to being able to enjoy the atmosphere they provide. We'll definitely be back!

This amazing place is very peaceful and full of nature and solitude. Helpful insights: bring your groceries, goodies, hair dryer. We were able to get our shared boat parked in front of the beach. Via Tuc Tuc takes about 1 km from the house to the main street. Both Rutilia and her Husband, the House helpers, were extremely caring and helpful. the got us drinking water and extra towels. We enjoyed our stay very much. Siete Altares is nearby and Playa Blanca, both accessible via Boat.
