Moran's place is excellent, the best apartment in Asuncion!! Don't think twice about booking this unit, it is perfect!

I had a great stay at Victor's place. From the beginning he was very attentive, he left water, chipa and tea so that I was well received when I arrived. The apartment is very well located, very quiet neighborhood and close to the Carmelita neighborhood, which has many bars and restaurants at night. Speaking of the apartment, I only have compliments to make, from the easy entry into the building, with a 24-hour doorman, to the spacious and comfortable apartment, where we have everything we need and more. Extremely comfortable bed and pillow, I'd even like to know where Victor bought the pillows hahaha On my next trip to Asunción, I'll definitely stay again. Thank you Victor.

Great place to stay in Asunción! Room with lot's of space good location and Andares del Agua with a lot o amenities. Sure I will stay here in my next trips to Paraguay.

It is perfect for working and for tourism. Spacious, conveniently located, it is very equipped, with lots of light and a nice view of the river. And great communication with the host.

The apartment was great and the location really convenient. Biggie (convince store) was good for stocking up on essentials. The apartment and entire building were clean. The building was quiet with no disruptive noise. We especially enjoyed the shared rooftop pool with amazing views over Asuncion.

Mercedes is extremely kind and polite. Her home is lovely with this splendid garden. It was my best experience with a host on Airbnb. We had a wonderful time with my family. I would definitely go back!

This is the third time we've stayed at this house. It's very comfortable and spacious. Close to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants. Ideal to come with children. We always come to see the family, and the spaces in the house are ideal for sharing, either indoors or outdoors. Vicente (the caretaker) is very friendly and always willing to help with whatever is needed.

The house is very nice and is very well equipped. There is not much nearby but it arrives very well delivery and Uber. The only thing I didn't like is that it has a camera in the dnd dining room is also the armchair bed and I found it invasive.

Fantastic experience from check-in to checkout. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is excellent. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was complete and tidy. The split air conditioning works very well. The living room is spacious and comfortable. Ana gave us directions and recommendations for the area that were much appreciated and at all times she makes sure that guests are happy and have a good time.

Juan José is an excellent host, the photos exactly correspond to the ones published, very good location, safe neighborhood, the house is very comfortable, we felt at home. We will definitely be back here!

Diego’s place is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The house features a cozy living room and spacious hallways both upstairs and downstairs. There are three fantastic bedrooms, including one with an ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful BBQ grill next to the swimming pool. The space truly feels like home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the location is perfect—ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing escape from the routine. It’s a wonderful place to unwind and create lasting memories. Highly recommended!

Casa Rosalba is really a beauty, very organized, impeccable, the beds are very comfortable, the white ones are impeccable, I liked everything, even the aromas of the place. Everything reminded me of my grandparents' house as well as it was a very special experience. If you see Rosalba house available do not hesitate not a second Reservation !!!

We really liked this apartment. Its huge and right by the super market. In a sense there are 3 rooms. The walk-in closet is as big as many bedroom. My wife used it as an office. The is a nice place to stay.
