We had a very good experience, the family was very happy with the accommodation we chose, the house has everything to spend quiet days and enjoy its amenities. We really liked that the house has all the supplies designed for guest comfort. Highly recommended to enjoy a good vacation.

Excellent place to go with the family. Super located, 10 minutes by car to downtown and bay of Valle. Impeccable, very clean. Had everything you need. Excellent attention by the staff (Juan). The only one but is that it has no total view of the lake, as it says in the description, it has a very limited view.

Everything in general was super nice and Ana Lilia was very kind at all times.

Highly recommended, 👍🏻 the house is beautiful and as seen in the images, very spacious and cozy, the pool and jacuzzi were always at an excellent temperature, the rooms have a very nice view of the lake. The staff that is to support the house very friendly and on the slopes at all times in case you need anything, of the best weekends in the best house 👍🏻

Our experience at VistaLago was absolutely amazing. From the beginning, communication with Tere and Mauricio was excellent. They were always attentive, quickly resolving any questions and providing detailed information to make our stay perfect. The villa is beautiful, it is in excellent condition, very clean and well equipped, which allowed us to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. In addition, we loved the location as it is close to the center of Valle de Bravo, which allowed us to easily explore the village. Tere even shared very useful recommendations to make the most of the area, from places to walk to options for eating and outdoor activities. Juan and Irma's service was also impeccable, helping us with luggage and making sure everything was ready for our arrival. Even though we asked to arrive earlier, they did their best to accommodate our schedule.

Lovely place, house staff was exceptional and made our stay a home away from home.

We went to celebrate my children's birthday and everything was amazing. The wonderful employees, Vero and Bea's food was fantastic. Pablo was always attentive to all our needs. Wonderful beds and pillows. We loved that it's a place that makes it easy for you to be with young people, as they have lots of activities to do. We had an amazing time and enjoyed the house immensely.

The house is beautiful, you can see the love they have put in the house, it feels and it conveys a very nice family vibe. The very friendly service staff allowed us a lot. Angelina is a very kind and attentive person. Anything we needed, she was attentive. We were happy, we were in cuatrimoto, we did hikes, campfire, hot tub, we played pool. It has a variety of activities and also many options of how to relax. I am extremely happy with my experience and hope I wholeheartedly can have the opportunity to be there again someday. If you have the opportunity to go, don't miss out.

Amazing place! The photos don't do it justice, we were super comfortable all weekend. Sara and Clemente welcomed us super friendly, delicious and always helpful breakfasts. Axel always had excellent communication. The place was spotless, the property is very large and beautiful. It has a nice view, very quiet, close enough to downtown. We paid extra for heating the pool and jacuzzi and it was totally worth it.

Excellent host, the house is beautiful with sunrises and unforgettable sunsets, everything is perfect. Close to downtown Valle de Bravo and super quiet, perfect for a weekend stay.
