Add the most wonderful stone terrace, barbecue and pizza oven and breath-taking views of the sea beyond the grove. Peschici is only 3 min drive down the path and roads and has all the I gradient you ll need to cook la cuccina povera. Plus Raffaella and Dino are the greatest hosts.

A lot has already been written about the accommodation: we also give ten points! Giuseppe and Simona are perfect hosts and especially supportive when the unforeseen happens. This distinguishes a standard landlord from a top host! Thank you both very much, we had great days in Peschici!

Valentina and her parents were very welcoming. She provided tons of suggestions for restaurants and things to do. The location is great.

Morning, our heart was taken away! A village and welcoming, helpful and very kind inhabitants. In public places you are always pampered by the staff with little attention that they know of another era. Nazario's house is perfect: tastefully furnished and overlooking the sea and the olive trees below. It is convenient to all amenities, and to reach the surrounding towns, and equipped to enjoy a relaxing stay. Nazario is also a punctual and always present host. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the time in Peschici very much, especially the view from the terrace was wonderful. The apartment is nicely decorated and for a few days we found the necessary. We highly recommend it.

Bright and airy, perched on a mountain side amid fruit and olive trees with a splendid view. Had everything we needed. Isabella was very helpful and we enjoyed a lovely gift of biscotti too. Great location for visiting Mont Sant Angelo, Peschici, Vieste and doing some hikes.

Lidia's apartment is large and is wonderfully located a few steps away from the sea. Everything is available in terms of equipment. You can use both a terrace for yourself in front of the house or stay in the communal garden behind the house by the sea. But the very best part of our stay is that we met Lidia and her dog Judy. Lidia is such a heartfelt, generous and warm-hearted woman, which has beautified our stay. She helped us with numerous tips on great regional specialties and also supported and translated information in everyday life. In addition, she was very generous with various regional delicacies. Judy is a very sweet dog and is a good time, so we felt very safe. It was wonderful to get to know life on site and the people there, but at the same time you also have your privacy and can retreat at any time. We had a great time, thank you Lidia!

We loved Giuseppe's apartment a lot. It's spacious, bright, furnished and decorated with care and taste. It's also spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and very comfortable. The view from the dining room and the terrace is simply incredible, you can watch sunrise and sunset above the sea, a fantastic sight! The apartment is located in a peaceful, quiet neighbourhood and it's only a 5-minute walk from the historic city centre. Giuseppe was a helpful and hospitable host and he was very easy to communicate with. We'd definitely like to return someday!

Claudio and Veronica are beautiful, kind and helpful people, the house is perfect for relaxing, the sea view is beautiful, do not hesitate, book! I recommend staying with them, the villa is well cared for, childrens pool, guarded parking, a real pleasure, they provide lots of tips and agreements to fully enjoy your vacation.

We stayed in this apartment on New Year's Eve, and had a very good time. We loved the company of the dogs and the kitten of the property, very affectionate. Roberta was a really kind and helpful host. In particular, she was very kind to reschedule a meeting in the following days, as once the stay was over, I realized that I had left an item in the apartment. She got it back and brought it back to me, thank you very much.

If you want to experience the life of the private beach house for a big family, three bedroom and very big living room , with all windows on the beach this is your place it could be to quite at night but still i will be coming again for a longer time, hence before you come here you need to do some grocery and cook in house because the closest thing to the house is like 30-40 minutes of tight curvy roads. For me i loved it because it is far from everything and everyone i like the privacy and the voice of the wind and water

A wonderful place !!! I would always come back

Thank you so much for this stay Camila and Antonio! Everything was perfect! The place is very quiet and relaxing. The residence is well appointed (swimming pool, bar, barbecue, private veranda with hammock, terrace, fruit trees...). Unfortunately the weather was not part of the first few days and we also wanted to discover this beautiful region (following Antonio's wonderful recommendations) so we hadn't been able to fully enjoy the residence. They were very attentive while remaining very discreet throughout our stay (loan of extra blankets in view of the weather). Their cakes are all nicer to each other as well as their mandarincello. Their pets are in their image, very nice. Looking forward to coming back!

The hosts are beautiful, kind, open and helpful people and this is what made our stay so special. The house and the terrace in front are very cozy and are well equipped, you can see that that Savino and Francesca arrange everything with love, care and style. Therefore, this house is most perfect for families / couples looking for a place where they can relax and have a quiet holiday. We went there at the end of September 2023. Even though we were very unlucky with the weather, we could swim as the sea is still quite warm. The beach area in general is very nice and perfect for kinds (as it does not go deep right away).

The apartment looks exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, cozy, elegant, in a quiet area. We were 2 adults, a little girl and a little dog, and the spaces were perfect. Great idea of the table for lunch/dinner outside the apartment. Raffaella was very kind to welcome us and explain all the necessary details for our vacation. The long beach and beach establishments are a 5-minute walk away. A small market is also not far away.

We spent two weeks at Giulia's place and from the first moment we had a great time. The house was as described with a great space in front and in a very quiet area. The driveway is a little narrow and steep uphill, but in September we crossed other cars rarely.

We had a great time at Rita's place. The apartment is very well located, a few minutes from the beaches and Peschici, and a very good starting point to explore the park. The garden is quiet and very pleasant, a delight in this warm climate! I thank Rita and her husband for their warm welcome, all their little touches and availability throughout our stay!

I recently stayed in a wonderful apartment in Foggia and had an excellent experience. The place was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay in Foggia!

On the doorstep of Villa Basso there is this sign: Deus nobis haec otia fecit, that is, God gave us these calm times. I think this sign is in perfect line with the listing. I spent the new year here in the Panoramic suite and I just can't find words for how amazing this place is for both location, comfort, and quiet immersion! The view is literally heavenly, like waking up in another world. The proximity of the sea and the mountains is in line with the tranquility and prestigious position of the villa, away from the busy road the perfect extension of the landscape. The host Maria Grazia is amazing, she paid attention to every detail: she welcomed me with olive oil and delicious local sweets. Everything in the suite is real, not only the appearance of nobility, but noble! The pictures, the tiles, the furniture are all sorted with amazing care. The olive grove in front of Villa Basso is breathtaking! I'll be back for sure!
