Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in San Germán

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. The property is thoughtfully set up with two separate, fully equipped spaces, which worked beautifully for our group. It offered just the right mix of togetherness and privacy. The location is serene and refreshingly uncommercialized, with a peaceful shoreline just a short stroll away. We found ourselves wandering over nearly every morning for a quiet walk and every evening to catch the incredible sunsets. There's plenty of secure parking, which was great for our vehicle—and even some extra gear we brought along. We also loved how everything was within walking or biking distance, from scenic nature trails to casual eateries and cozy spots for an evening drink. This place strikes the perfect balance. It is literally the greatest beach in all of Puerto Rico, with incredible swimming and beach combing!

I came here to explore my island some more and little did I know I was going to find myself in this amazing location. John’s place is my dream wood frame home, humble and reminds me of my great grandmothers house. The place was clean and convenient for those that want to party down the block and walk to the beach! We stood here over a weekend therefore 1 road was blocked off to get to the house at night which is a pro to me because it allowed people to walk the streets freely plus there’s another way around the back that allowed us to drive right up. It’s so close to the party town that we could hear absolutely everything at night which was not a problem for me either but might bother others. It is located right next door to a church and Sunday mass felt like it was in our living room lol. There is some construction work happening 2 houses down and the banging woke me up scared in the morning. My name is not Karen and these things didn’t bother me and I would definitely be back

When we had a small issue it was resolved within less than 30 minutes and everything was great. I would recommend staying here

Amazing home with a gorgeous beach. Close to many of the best things to do in Mayaguez and Puerto Rico as a whole. Will most likely book when I go back this summer.

This was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed at, and I feel like I’ve been to some pretty incredible places. For our family of 7 everything was very enchanting. When we travel we play hard and adventure as long as we have the energy to and it was so nice to have this peaceful property to come back to or wake up to. It didn’t have a fancy hotel feel, it felt like this was a home we live in and we’re so comfortable being there. The back patio is awesome, the property is so nice to play around on and lounge in, the ocean was so close and very private. We liked that we could lock up the property, we felt completely safe the entire time and getting to know Papo was enjoyable. Christopher the host was quick to communicate with. We appreciate the whole experience.

A great stay. A beautiful, well-manicured property, inside and out. A lot of time a consideration clearly went into how spaces are designed. The yard provides a good bit of privacy, but the landscaping is still inviting. The interior has really clear separation between different spaces and lots of storage in each of those places. My mom (staying nearby, at a different rental) came by to look at it and also noted that it’s a gorgeous and curated property. Moreover (and more importantly), the hosts are very accommodating. Plenty of towels and pillows and blankets, plus beach chairs and an umbrella. We had an infant and were attracted to this place by a review that mentioned a playpen; we asked Olga for the same thing, and she said she could, only asking that we remind her in advance; I forgot to do that, yet we still had a playpen waiting in our room for us. Outside of all those things, the location is wonderful: loads of different beaches within thirty minutes. Fantastic!

Great Stay at Home in Boquerón! We had a wonderful weekend stay at Home in Boquerón! The house was spacious and comfortable for our family of 8, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location in Combate was perfect—close to beautiful beaches and great local spots. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Genesis was a great host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay in the area!

Beautiful place to stay with filmily and friends right across the water. Daisy was an excellent host, very nice and communicative. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Gerardo’s apartment! It’s in a very calm area, right by the pool which is was never crowded. The apartment is well furnished in a way that made us instantly feel like we’re home. Beach is a 15 min walk or 3 min drive. Nearby village has two excellent bakeries and grocery store. In the evening, we enjoyed the bbq and watching the stars. This is a hidden gem for a stay that allowed us to completely forget what day and time it was!

I've stayed in 5 or 6 different units of Brangie's...Orange B Living. Always clean comfortable and great locations. I love walking to the different bars and restaurants close by. Beautiful area!

Jorge is the kind of person that doesn’t make you feel like a stranger. He’s full of hospitality and friendly spirit that makes you feel at home away from home. La Parguera is stunning and the beaches and towns surrounding the area are top notch world class best beaches! Definitely worth the price and I love the roosters in the morning! Makes you feel alive and breathing! YES! life is one-make the most of it!

This is our second time staying at Giovanni’s. We love their view and how peaceful the area is. Highly recommended!

There is not a friendlier host who cares more for his local community.

Great location with easy access to the main plaza that has many shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities. The apartment was very well taken care of and my family felt right at home. Also, Stefany was very responsive to the couple of questions we had!

Fantastic location, next to some of the best beaches! Really enjoyed the balcony, with lots of shade, and a great view. And the hammock, of course! Playa Buye is a 5min drive, or less than 30 min hike along the beach. Great location to explore other areas as well. For those not afraid of the woods, highly recommend hiking Charco El Pilon. Pargueras Bay is close, as are many other nice places. Would love to come back!

Nice location, clean, walking distance beach.

A real gem on the west coast of Puerto Rico. Perfect for our 4some. This penthouse is a great place to explore the Cabo Rojo and surrounding areas. Still local and not touristy at all. Private beach and pool area are great!

The unit is right by the beach, secured and private. It has all the amenities we need and there's a lot of restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful stay!

No wonder José is a super host! It was a pleasure staying at his place! The apartment was spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring the West side of the island. Plus just being at the apartment was enjoyable itself. The beach was a dream; calm, clear blue waters most of the time and the daily sunsets were stunning. José was responsive and helpful, making our stay incredibly smooth. I highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to a beautiful, quiet beach that felt like our own private escape during our late March/early April visit. The home is stocked with absolutely everything you could need, from snorkel gear to an air fryer and even a rice cooker. The rooftop patio was a true highlight—comfortable seating, stunning ocean views, and a constant breeze that kept things cool and peaceful. The outdoor kitchen was incredibly convenient, with a Blackstone grill, sink, fridge, and even a bathroom—perfect for laid-back meals and enjoying the view without ever having to go inside. The hot tub was crystal clean and the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The entire space felt like a true home away from home. The pull-out sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, and there were more than enough towels and supplies. Thoughtful touches throughout made it feel like nothing was missing. We had a great time. The air b&b was exactly what we expected. The host for very friendly and gave us good recommendations which were very helpful since it was our first time there. We felt very safe and at home. We absolutely recommend this place.

The condo was perfect. The living room is spacious w a very comfortable sectional sofa. I have never seen a better equipped kitchen. The king-sized bed is extremely comfortable and having two full bathrooms with great showers is amazing. The patio is adorable and comfortable. We appreciated the beach towels and all the other beach-friendly touches. We loved going across the street to a very friendly family-owned karaoke bar and restaurant. (Don’t worry about the noise- the sound did not carry into the condo!) We had excellent Puerto Rican food there and there was a nice mix of visitors and locals. The beaches are great- we loved El combate and eating right there at Annie’s place after swimming all day. Perfect stay.
