The house was beautifully decorated with many ammenities such as laundry, rice cooker, etc. the free bottled water and snacks was a nice touch.

great place to stay, near airport, clean, apt just as described. Only caveat is that you have to log in to your own netflix acct and for some reason mine did not work. Nice big TV but could not watch anything. That is jsut me being picky but no other issues at all.

We enjoyed our stay at Nucleo Sabana and the apartment. The place is of great confort, new and safe. The apartment is very well equipped. We appreciated 2 bathrooms as we are 2 friends travelling in Costa Rica. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The rooftop and a pool are amazing. The reception desk is open 24/24. There’s also a big choice of places to eat just beside the residence at Gastro club. The communication with Daniel was easy and the instructions were clear.

An amazing place sitting atop the city with incredible views of San Jose. Just enough outside of the city center to get a quiet vibe but close enough to get to town for food and drinks. The host and team were really friendly and helpful when we arrived. I wish I stayed here longer!

Staying at Maribel's place is vintage AirBnb — charming, unique, and personal. You need a 4x4 to get to the place, but that's part of the adventure. Maribel's farm is astonishing because you feel like you're on a mountain farm just minutes away from conveniences of the city. She and her whole team are chill and helpful. They sell some fruits, veggies, and eggs on site, and provide a comprehensive list of the good spots in town to grab a bite or shop for groceries. I'm a cook and the kitchen was really well stocked relative to what I normally encounter in similar stays. Nice new appliances, hot shower, and coziness all around. Her place is majestic and Maribel is the perfect host for such a lovely spot :)

One of the best hosts ever! Private, peaceful, close to downtown, safe, cheap, etc...it's very difficult to ask for more! Definitively a recommended place to be close but, relaxed and to keep things in budget!

Excellent accommodation. just one observation for the entrance of the vehicles to the place, it is that there is no ramp for the low vehicles to enter and one must force the car and hit it when trying to climb it into the stands. it's the only thing I missed. the place muyyy bonito, tranquil, with the house all equipped.

Gustavo and Monica were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive if i needed anything. The apartment is very clean. I would definitely stay in their apartment again!

Excellent place, host, and location. My in-laws, my partner, our two pets and I felt right at home and Roxy went out of her way to make we had everything we needed. Walking distance to excellent restaurants and nice neighborhood to walk around. I really enjoyed sitting in the backyard. Roxy has some beautiful trees and comfortable furniture, very well laid out. Would definite stay again.

Location is great, with everything you need within a short distance. It’s especially convenient if you need to move around San Jose or travel back and forth between San Jose, Alajuela, and Heredia, as we did. We were traveling with a baby, so it’s worth noting that this stay is located very close to a busy intersection, and the nighttime noise is considerable. We didn’t spend much time in the house aside from early mornings and sleeping, but I believe it has everything you need. Comfort is subjective—while we found the mattress and sofa beds extremely firm, others might find them perfect. Communication with the host was excellent.

This is a great apartment. Very safe, very clean, very comfortable and a wonderful host. Gregory is very responsive, very kind and will accommodate to all of your needs the best he can. This world needs a lot more people like Gregory. I would absolutely stay here again.
