I had an amazing stay and couldn't be more grateful for the outstanding hospitality! This home is perfectly situated, offering convenient access to the downtown area. The house itself is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and truly charming. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Guanajuato!

The good: This charming rental unit is great for two traveling couples as both units were setup like 2 individual condos with small independent kitchenettes. Appreciative of the large water jug provided. The views were great from the bedroom space. The private patio was excellent for entertaining and hanging out where you can see the Funicular and The Pipila Monument. The AC was great and was easy to use with the remote provided. Walking distance to nice restaurants, coffee shops, and the town square. I’d recommend this unit and would stay here again. The bad: Stairs were a little overwhelming after a long day of traveling. (Not your fault but be prepared to traverse stairs and hills in GTO City) The restrooms are located down stairs which made it a small inconvenience to use especially in the middle of the night. Shower had plenty of natural light but water pressure was dismal.

Ariadna's house is really spacious and comfortable. I love the design and decor, especially some vintage furniture, and the paintings and books about Frida Kahlo, which are really surprising. And the rooftop with the view is great, nice place for relaxing. The location is also perfect, with restaurants and bars, convenience stores and museums within walking distance. There are so many delicious foods around, I suggest you try them all. Ariadna was also very nice and friendly. When I didn't know how to use the washing machine, she immediately send me a video to show me how to use it. The only concern is the noise at night, which is not a problem with this house. I believe the surrounding residents should have complained and reported about it, but it still goes on. I hope the local government can pay attention to this problem and make this place also friendly to residents and tourists who are not that into night life.

The place is just as in the images, it has all the necessary elements [iron, towels, kitchen utensils, soap, paper… and so clearly not food] also the area is very well known and resorted, only in the very strong rain, by the slits of the wooden windows the water is introduced.

This was an excellent place for what I was looking for. WiFi for working was solid. Location was great. Really met all my expectations. This did not bother me, but if you plan on no noise from 10pm to about midnight and starting about 6am, this might not be the place for you. Or bring earplugs. Again it didn't bother me but the street below is busy. I personally would go back again.

She is very responsive and always gives out suggestions and answers to my questions! She provides me detailed directions (photos of the ways with arrows) on luggage keeping place. Great host! The only thing, also mentioned by other reviews, is that please be prepared to climb up for around 7 min. The building is located halfway up the hill. When we arrive, the uber driver dropped us from the top of the hill, which made us much easier to carry our luggage down to the building.
