The “Tuscan Villa” was aptly named as it truly had a very Mediterranean vibe. The place was spacious enough to accommodate my extended family for our Thanksgiving Day dinner. Everyone had a great time catching up with all the comings and goings on of different family members. Needless to say, a good time was had by all! Heidi answered any questions I had tout de suite and dealt with a minor problem in a timely manner.

Where do I start. Juli is AMAZING to work with. She is TRULY a GEM. I feel like we've gained a life-long friend (as odd as that sounds). Her communication is SUPERB. She is full of ideas, recommendations, and just all out GREAT ADVICE. She was our first Airbnb booking and she made the process absolutely seamless. She had outstanding ideas and recommendations to local grocery stores, things to do, etc. She explained the check-in process in AMAZING detail and we had no questions going in. She was always available to reach out to if we needed ANYTHING and gave the BEST advice. Thank you, Juli -- for an AMAZING week full of memories. This was our FIRST family trip as a group of 7 and we can't wait to make this a regular thing. You truly are the BEST to work with!!

We had a family gathering for the weekend and enjoyed our stay. It’s a very lovely property and we loved it. Bryan suggested a few restaurants we loved and some activities close by that made the trip interesting. We would come back again.

This is a large older home, from another era with all you need. It is quirky and old school Chula in the best way possible. SUPER close to 3rd street, 7 min walk to downtown, 10-15 min to LaBella's. The main entrance lets you into a large sun room, the living room is spacious, plenty of room to hang out and watch TV. Full size dining room, leading to the back washroom and a separate door to the kitchen. Lot of doors! The main bedroom downstairs was spacious with the en suite bathroom that has a large skylight. Bedrooms upstairs were well appointed with nice bedding and comfy beds. I am a city girl, background noise isfine. However this is off a busy main street with markets, businesses and you are surrounded by two (quiet apt buildings). If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs (& eye mask). The backyard gazebo is cute and a nice place to chill. Would love to go back when the fruit trees are in bloom and giving fruit. Overall chill place to stay with an old school family vibe.

Ciaras place is spectacular! The decor, the linens, the outside space was amazing. Great views. The listing doesn't do it justice! There are so many little extras that made this vacation one of the best. Great location, easy access to the freeway and all these great beach towns. I will definitely be back. Thanks Ciara.

This place was so lovely abs restful. The Internet was great for working from home and the yard was perfect for our pups. Walking distance to the beach and lots of fun restaurants. We would highly recommend this place in Oceanside!

My family stayed here for a few days while in town for a reunion, what a great place! The house is very comfortable with plenty of room for three people, a fully functional kitchen, and a porch with a stunning view of the woods surrounding the house. The neighborhood was safe and very hip, and easy to walk around. John recommended the ice cream place nearby and it did not disappoint. The house is also very close by to the museums in Balboa Park, and a very easy drive to several nearby beaches. Communication with John and his son was easy and immediate, they were great hosts! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Jamal's home is beautiful with a 360 view, comfortable and spacious. Great location! Would recommend anyone staying in SD to visit this home! The neighbors were friendly. I especially appreciated the parking and safety!

Lan was very kind and responsive to our requests. Our family had a great time and felt right at home. I will definitely recommend her.

Stunning home. I want to travel back to 2019 when it sold and buy it. Lol. Super quiet and peaceful! Hot tub was clean and fancy, the whole family loved the dedicated home theater. We went on walks up to the top of the property and wow!

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul's Air BNB! The house was clean and comfortable. We loved that we could give Alexa commands for the lights, TV, and music. The backyard was amazing with a nice pool, jacuzzi, and sitting area. Paul was very accommodating and worked with our needs. He always responded promptly when we reached out to him. The house was well stocked with everything that we needed during our stay. The neighborhood was welcoming and calm with a park near by. We highly recommend you staying here! It felt like home to us!

We were very happy with the place! Bigger than expected and very comfortable! We loved the location because we could pretty much be anywhere in 15 min. The kids loved the game closet (so many!!!) and the treehouse. We enjoyed the Viking stove and spacious kitchen. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were fine. Grill wasn't working but we let the management company know. Parking was easy. Washer/Dryer was new and easy to use. Single cup coffee machine was a little tedious. Neighborhood is very quiet and calm. There is a great view of the bay from the house. Liberty station is notorious for airplane noise so be ready for plane noise starting at 6:30am sharp as they are creating their new runway at SAN. The planes stop at around 10pm so its very quiet for sleeping. Most days the planes were taking off right overhead. One day they were landing instead because of the fog and that was a little quieter. It was exciting watching them take off from the upper balcony. We all got used to it.

My colleagues and I loved your home. We were attended a local conference and found everything we needed. The upstairs patio was a lovely place to unwind and we enjoyed being near Little Italy and so close to the water as well (wonderful runs and walks every morning!). The kitchen was well stocked which we also appreciated. Thank you!

Amazing property right off the water. They offer onsite parking but there is also plenty of street parking if no onsite is available. The host was super responsive and accommodating for our last minute booking. The unit was super clean, great balcony overlooking the water. This is definitely a must stay for anyone coming to visit Carlsbad.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The hosts truly thought of everything, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hosts went out of their way to be accommodating and hospitable. The pool was a huge hit with our kids, and every detail-from the amenities to the little thoughtful touches-made our stay extra special. If you're looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, this is it! We can't wait to come back.

Wonderful, quiet location! Loved walking around the neighborhood and seeing the big horn sheep. Comfortable beds, lovely clean home, kitchen very well stocked. We ate in most nights and the kitchen had everything you could want to prepare a meal. We would definitely come back. Ryan and Darnie were very responsive to our inquiries...very gracious hosts!

Our stay with Mieko was amazing! The property was stunning and peaceful. The only downside is that we didn’t stay long enough!!

We held A women’s retreat at this home. It was absolutely everything we wanted, with plenty of beds and bathrooms, outdoor facilities and views that cannot be matched, and that lovely Temecula vibe. The spaces within the home, in the game area, poolside, All made it very easy for us not to go out! If you are looking for the perfect spot, this is it! Thank you for a wonderful stay and experience, and being so willing to pop right over and fix the hot tub after a valve popped off. Amazing!

This was a beautiful home for a girls getaway staycation. The pool was clean and so was all of the home. Super cool set up! There’s a little game area space upstairs so also fun for a guys trip. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated that they have black out curtains! Will definitely be booking again when I stay in SD. It’s like a 25 minute drive to gaslamp district and all of the restaurants in that area like Javier’s and Red O. Also, we felt comfortable cooking in the kitchen. Mostly all of the essentials are provided, including great coffee! Don’t hesitate and book!

We had the best stay at Casa Nera! The house was even better than the photos. My kids loved the pool and we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunset in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the beds were super comfy. Perfect, peaceful spot for us to relax for spring break!

Denise’s place was great! We were get to married in Fallbrook so it was a perfect place to have all of our family stay. Denise was also very flexible about us having my bridesmaids get ready there one of the mornings!
