Complete house in private and with a garage: We invoice

House room with two bedrooms, they have double beds each, minisplits . Each program equipped with TV. Ground floor it has split system and ceiling fans. The area where it is located is a private one and has an electric gate. Carport for up to two cars, it also has a backyard, living room and dining room with 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. Very close to Monclova galleries and close to convenience stores.

Very centrally located to the best parts of town. Main Boulevard just 2 blocks away. Walking distance from restaurants and stores. Mall is under 10 mins away by car. Parks also 10 mins away. Cuatro Cienegas is between 45 mins to an hour away. Pet friendly with a fee. Queen size bed and a full size sofa bed for 2 extra people. Dogs allowed with a fee but no cats sorry.
