I had an incredible stay at Sergio's apartment! The place is beautifully decorated, offering a cozy and modern feel. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to many stores, restaurants, and other attractions. Sergio was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a great experience!

The house and everything offered in the description was as is, a very nice house, from start to finish I felt like in my own house, it has everything, absolutely everything to make you comfortable. I would stay again again without thinking.

Very great stay - I stayed for almost 2 weeks. Guillermo is very responsive and immediately resolved any minor issues. The check in is easy, with very kind security doormen. location is perfect- close walk to beach and Kennedy park with many reaturants nearby and very safe. The apartment is older but very well kept - a spacious main area and a well sized bedroom and bathroom, bigger than some other places I've been to in Lima. Everything was clean and appliances all working perfectly, and quiet. for those working remotely - internet is great for Zoom video calls (I worked from the kitchen, not sure about bedroom). AC in bedroom works well, but keep in mind the main living area/kitchen is usually very warm since the AC is only in the bedroom. Washer/dryer for clothes is nice although I used a laundry service a few minutes walk away. Overall very comfy stay, cozy, easy place to stay at for longer durations. I would stay again here

I had a problem and Ursula bent over backwards to help me resolve it. She is extremely helpful and if she was a Boy Scout in the United States, she would be Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent! We absolutely loved the house and the neighborhood, it feels very bohemian and cozy. Almost like you're in a small village. The house itself is absolutely amazing, we spend the most time on the beautiful balconies surrounded by greenery. We really valued the late checkout, which gave us the chance to pack and clean on the dya of the checkout itself.

Perfect location in Miraflores close to restaurants but still on a quiet street. Spacious house, would highly recommend for larger groups.

Actually the place is very cozy, it has everything you need in menagerie and artifacts; only a recommendation, check the freezer, since it did not fulfill its function well. As for the rooms, very clean, tidy enough beds for a large family. The place is very good, there are children's games where they can play comfortably all day. In relation to adult games: they could do maintenance on the hand fulbito and change the game of billiard balls since many of them were very beaten. The psychic is large that we all enter comfortably, the water is not temperate but with the sun it does, it makes you think so. The parrila area is large even have a pizza oven or very good bread. INTERNET service is fluid throughout the house and there is cable per stremming the one that ran out on the last day of stay. In general, the house met expectations but has some points to improve (rating 8.5/10) If I would come back!

There are certain airbnbs that exceed all expectations and this is one of them! Jose is the most kind, generous, and attentive host. The apartment is gorgeous and looks just like the photos. It is spotless clean with all listed amenities for a very comfortable stay. It is in the ideal location walking to the best restaurants/bars, the mirador, and the best of everything in Barranco. The unit is in the back of the building away from the busy street so it’s quiet for a great night rest. Truly the perfect spot when visiting Lima and we highly recommend it!

Beautiful house with a nice pool, the area is very quiet and with greenery. The beach is not so close, but if you have mobility you can get there in 5 minutes. It is very close to Boulevard de Asia, about 15 min walking. Keep in mind that the rental price varies according to the number of people coming, the final price on AIRBNB will be given when you register guests in the app. Javier was very kind at all times and attentive to any questions or questions, highly recommended to go with the family.

Very nice house, we had a great stay. It's a very family home if you're going with children, it's great so they can play and have fun.

Quality in service, place, accommodation. Something that I loved was that there were some inconveniences, they resolved them immediately and extremely empathetic, I love this experience, I am literally satisfied and grateful for everything ☺️♥️🙏you want is quality, safety , tranquility, etc. I recommend them 100%

my family had a good time at her place ,very close to the KENEDY park and stores around, the place was clean and offer washer and dryer which really made it a plus, definitely i will be back sometime

We absolutely loved our stay at this AirBnB. It was walking distance from an amazing Spanish school and literally anything else we wanted to do. Jaime was sooooo kind and very helpful, helped us get oriented to the space but also gave us loads of room and privacy. Most important things to us: the building felt safe and clean, the couches were comfortable, and the pillows actually supported our necks lol. 10/10 would recommend! We plan on coming back whenever we are in town.

I stay in Monica’s place for 10 days ,feel comfortable enjoy walking around mean everything is close ,I think is comeback again to Peru definitely stay in Monica’s place .

An excellent host, every communication with her was excellent and the location is phenomenal. We liked being so close to Parque Kennedy and a fabulous grocery big box store.
