Francisco's apartment was perfect in every way... in Puebla centro, close to the zocolo and yet quiet and private. It is tastefully decorated, clean with very comfortable furniture and bedding. There were fans in all the bedrooms and an airconditioning unit on the first floor. The outdoor terrace was an added plus. Francisco responded to questions immediately and was a great communicator as was Ximenia who helped us with directions. I recommend this place without hesitation.

Our stay in Francisco’s apartment was awesome. The location is perfect for walking and exploring the central part of Puebla. Absolutely no need for a car because so many great restaurants are within a block or two. The Zocalo was 7-10 minute walk and several churches and museums were also 10-15 minutes. If you want to explore further there were always taxis and Uber available. We have stayed in many places in different countries and Francisco was one of the best communicators. He would regularly check in to see if we needed anything and quick to respond when we did. We would stay here again without hesitation!

The loft is super cozy and quiet. Perfect for traveling as a couple and is very well located. Ana was very attentive and attentive to what we needed.

This is a 10-star review based on our 2 weeks in this apartment - 5 stars each for Carlos and Jessy! People make a place and they made our experience feel like we had friends in the city. Lost items, traveler needs, the latest restaurant recommendations, seeing Puebla... they were always right there for us. Star hosts, truly. The unit is in a secure complex of old and newer apartments from a large estate. Quiet. Ideal and easy walking distance to all parts of the city center in a most beautiful area. Inside, it's great for short and long stays (they thoughtfully provided a cleaner after a week). Cook's kitchen with quality tools + essential provisions. Lovely tile and details. Comfortable bedroom. Plumbing in older buildings is always a factor in terms of hot water and smells but this is true throughout the historic area. Jessy and Carlos provided an air purifier. It's city living with all the features and we would so happily return.

Excellent ! I would recommend it

The place is completely new. It's very close to Cholula to get to any restaurant or point of interest in 10 minutes or less, but secluded enough to be very quiet and you can be relaxed. The place is very spacious, very well lit, there are two parking spaces for the loft, it has 24 hour security, it is very comfortable, pet friendly. Perhaps the only thing that can be improved is that as the Sun hits directly, an air conditioner might miss it in the summer.

The loft has a wonderful view and in general everything was perfect. It's an incredible place to rest and spend it as a family. Only that for our taste it would be great if there could be blinds that allow more privacy.

Excellent apartment, very nice views, and close to the center of San Andrés Cholula , the only small disadvantage is that you have to climb quite a few stairs.
