Very nice and peaceful place, in a country side, close to the Borjomi national park. Friendly and welcoming host, will offer you the different activities and can bring you to the beautiful places around. Fresh bred bakery in a walking distance and small grocery store. We would love to stay again in Mari place.

The place is very beautiful, clean and peaceful. Manana was very helpful with everything involved and always responded quickly to any inqueries (in fluent german). We will definitely book this place again! Highly recommended!

Nice house suitable for quite big company. We were celebrating new year and the house was lovely decorated! The location is also good, in a quiet place, however near from the ski activities.

The home is unique for the below reasons: - Its location is a winter and a distinctive summer overlooking the mountains strikingly and captivating ( I lived in it winter and it was very special and I have a summer visit for the same place if available) - The house is very clean and has everything that makes it convenient to have your own house and you won't even feel like you left your house. - The price for value is very fair and the house deserves what it is paid for. - The host, Mrs. Tina, is very helpful and responds directly to any inquiry. It will inevitably be my destination the next time I visit Bakuriani. Note: There was a misunderstanding upon receipt of the home for the number of rooms and their difference from what's in the app, but I think there's something wrong with the app or data entered and I've been treated by airbnb. True, I was harassed in the early hours, but the comfort and aesthetic of the place made me forget what happened. Thank you airbnb and thank you Tina and David for welcoming us. We had a fantastic stay at Rooms Apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect-close to bar and restaurant, but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The host Mariam was incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area!

We had a lovely stay! The apartment is very bright and spacious. The view was beautiful, the apartment was very quiet. Very convenient washing and drying machine was a big help! And the fireplace and the piano were just super nice 👌 the entrance is just through the Rooms hotel, which is very convenient. We had rented some of the skiing equipment right in the hotel's ski room! And we kept all of our snowboards and skis in the lockers there.

Great location with all necessary facilities around. Especially good for families with kids as there a playground right in front of the building. Having a working fireplace adds special vibe specially on rainy days. Overall, great place for the value.

In our daily purchases, we are transported to the supermarket and others as a service Daily integrated breakfast in addition to two assistance for cleaning and arranging accommodation We earned a family-friendly visit I recommend housing but information and mentioned in the description of the house that it is somewhat distant from the population

Zurab is very proactive host. Before flying he gave recommendations for car rental and provided stay details. He deserves super super host. The place is super magic, high privacy and nearby forest is yours. You will need high car to reach there but that was not big concern. Definitely, I will select this place again and I highly recommend it to all of you.

one of the best houses we have ever been to. 20 meters from grocery store, 5 min walk to center. 5 min drive to ski slopes. it has parking. i repeat PARKING, which is worth the gold in bakuriani. 4 individual bedrooms with its own bathrooms. fireplace, great lounge area. well equiped kitchen. if you are big group of friends you will never be able to find anything that can beat this house. host is very helpful and responsive, with great attitude and with charming vibe. all in all it was worty evert single penny we did pay

Great spot for a ski trip to Bakuriani. House was plenty big for the seven of us (4 adults, 3 kids), and very comfortable, especially with the fireplace. The location was right near the 25 meter green slopes - so it's about equal distance to the main slopes at Didveli or Kokhta. Also close to restaurants and ski rental places. Great experience, would definitely come back.

Overall, everything was good. Just a little old lounge furniture.
