We had an unforgettable vacation in a charming location, which will remain in our hearts. The apartment is equipped with every comfort and even beyond, immersed in an oasis of tranquility a few steps from the sea, perfect for a family with children. Marianna's hospitality was truly exceptional in every aspect: we felt right at home, pampered and supported in every need. Your availability and promptness have been priceless, even in unexpected situations that can happen with the little ones. Thanks to Marianna, we were able to live our stay to the fullest and discover the beauties of Syracuse and Catania in complete peace of mind. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay! The accommodation was exactly as described in the photos, clean and comfortable. A lovely surprise was the breakfast food provided, which was a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. Letizia took the time to tell us all about the history of Modica, which was very interesting. Plus, the view was absolutely beautiful! We would definitely recommend this place!

The stay at Casa U Vente was really great. ☺️ The place looked just as beautiful as seen in the photos; very private, rural, quiet, well maintained, clean, cozy and modernly furnished. Everywhere you are surrounded by wonderful nature, where you can completely forget the stress of everyday life. The last 400m dirt road to the house is quite bumpy but definitely worth it. We were particularly pleased with the fresh lemons, oranges and eggs from free living chickens in the neighboring house. Communication with the hosts worked great and if something was missing, Vincento was always there and brought it over. We felt very comfortable and would visit this place again anytime! ☀️

Location 10+, Suite 10+, Tranquility 10+ Our experience was truly special, and we captured several unique details that you won’t find anywhere else. The shower-sink combination design was particularly intriguing. I hope that Fabio won't mind that we changed the outside camera positions as one was aimed at the big window living room and another one towards the bedroom. We tried to leave them as they were when we left. We stayed in the oil mill section of the house, which included a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and small kitchen. We had the entire yard to ourselves, as the other areas of the house were unoccupied by other guests. We’ll definitely return, possibly to explore the other side of the house. Viewing the design magazine-worthy features (links available) will be another exceptional experience.

Wow! What a truly magnificent stay!! The villa looked incredible in the photos...but it's even more special in real life! The villa was much bigger than we expected and it felt like living in a palace, with beautiful local and family touches. The gardens and the pool were beautiful...my brave daughters even tried it in winter which was a bit chilly, but i imagine amazing in the summer. We made friends with Shakira the horse and the kittens. Antonio was really helpful with the local recommendations and fantastic communication and gave us a warm welcome and orientation to the villa. For fans of Montalbano, we recommend a drive down to Punta Secca to see his house, or Scicli for the police station. The trattoria gattopardo at the castello donofugata nearby was excellent and we loved the pizza at That's a moro in Ragula Ibla. A week went so quickly... we'd have happily stayed longer! Grazie!!

‌The house was very clean and well equipped. Great pool! Luciano was a great host, the communication was very easy. Syrakus and Catania are approximately 30 minutes by car away and a good choice for a trip! The only disadvantage was that there were a lot of mosquitos and in Augusta itself there was not very much to do. However Luciano gave us a lot of great recommendations! In summary the house is great for a relaxing family trip and we would choose it again.

Incredible oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of the cities. Definitely worth a stop if you enjoy nature and beautiful views. Lorenzo was very responsive and quick to help with any requests, as well as recommendations for nearby things to do/see. Stunning views of the olive and almond trees from the rooftop terrace and we enjoyed fresh lemons from his tree. Well equipt kitchen to cook meals. Comfortable bed and fantastic toiletries made from the farms own olive and almond oil. 10/10

We had a wonderful time here. Vincenzo is very warm and gave us valuable restaurant tips and explained the surroundings to us. The apartment has everything it needs and is lovingly furnished. We enjoyed the nostalgic style very much. In February, of course, it is cooler, but with the two fireplaces, a fireplace and the air conditioning in the bedroom, you could get muddled. For the terrace with the wonderful view, it was too cool. But there are cozy seating in every room. We made beautiful trips by rental car in the area and would have preferred to stay much longer. Vincenzo is very discreet, we only saw in at the beginning. And if anyone is afraid of dogs- Tom and Dina are very sweet and especially Tom is very cuddly😊. For anyone who likes it quiet, this place is ideal. Highly recommended!

A cosy little place in the middle of the Sicilian nature. Mariangela is the sweetest host, a very warmhearted and generous person who’s always willing to help and next to that also very communicative. We had a great time :)
