Vacation rentals with a patio in Sammamish

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb near Mount Rainier! It was everything I was looking for in a peaceful getaway. The location was perfect, as close as you could get to the mountain, making it super convenient for hiking and exploring the park. The apartment was cozy and quiet. The hosts were thoughtful, ensuring everything was clean and comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Mount Rainier. Highly recommend!

Great spot for a great price , located within walking distance of climate pledge arena which was great. Also pretty close to the water , good views, and lots of bars / restaurants in the area. 10/10 would recommend.

My Son and I stayed at Elizabeth's place when we went to Everett to see a concert. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always responsive. I had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's place in Kirkland. The unit was clean, bright, and welcoming, with a super comfy bed that made it hard to leave in the mornings! Ingrid was such a friendly and responsible host, she really went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect (especially during the unfortunate power outage on my first night- she made sure I had a flashlight and a candle!) The location was absolutely fantastic! I loved being able to take a short, easy walk to Lake Washington. The peaceful surroundings and charming neighborhood have completely sold me on the idea of moving to the Kirkland area. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and beautifully managed stay!

Casie was very accommodating. The place was spotless and comfortable. The location is convenient, and the parking space made it so easy to park even when coming back late at night. Casie was very clear in her communication with us, and that really helped me feel stress free about staying at her place.

Stayed for 2 weeks till I found an apartment. Ken was helpful with that as well.

Mary's place was wonderful. It was in a great location, very to find in Snohomish close to shopping, antiquing, restaurants, and great coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we got great sleep! Snohomish is a very nice town looking forward to coming back. Would love to stay at Mary's again.

We stayed here for a long weekend with another family for a dance competition in Tacoma. We loved the location near the university. The house accommodated are group well. Plenty of room and well equipped. It was clean and comfortable with easy check-in, check-out instructions. We loved the vintage but modern vibes of the house. Thanks, Reece, for a great weekend in Tacoma. We would love to rent this house again!

I came to visit my brother in Seattle, the house was very accommodating and useful, clean and comfortable, the only thing is the downstairs unit gets noisy is someone is in the upstairs unit

This is the perfect Air BnB experience we all want! This little house is so comfortable and comforting. Beautiful, well appointed, with a great host. We are here in winter, yet the garden is a joy. We will absolutely stay again, hopefully in Spring/Summer to enjoy all the Red Cedar Grove Retreat has to offer.

This was our third stay at Mary's house. It is one of the best airbnb homes we have ever stayed in. I highly recommend it to future visitors.

The House was very nice, very clean and well maintained. The location was amaazing, close access into town for food, entertainment and amazing coffee! The host's was very fast and patient with our messages and that was great.

Naili was an excellent host. Very responsive to all questions and inquiries. Very accommodating to me and my family and made our family Thanksgiving get together a reality with her beautiful home. The home is extremely gorgeous and very well kept with beautiful views and very peaceful. Everything was as advertised. I highly recommend staying at Nali’s house.

Perfect location! I loved being able to walk to all the neighborhood coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The dedicated parking spot was very helpful since street parking is for 2 hours unless you have a permit. The unit was absolutely spotless when we arrived, with plenty of towels and there’s also access to washer/dryer. Highly recommend this place!

Woohee's home was a perfect space to host my family for Thanksgiving. It was as described and very clean. Parking was as expected in Seattle but we never had to walk more than a block. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. Woohee was a reliable and friendly host - communication and accommodations on point.

Fantastic choice. Condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. The Target is super handy but also check out H Mart for groceries. The staff at the Concierge desk are lovely. Location is perfect. Very close to the light rail from the airport (get off at Symphony stop). We walked to the Space Needle. Couldn't stop looking at the views!! Definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed staying at Tetiana’s place. I thought the decor was cute and the space was big compared to most other options in Seattle. My only thing to note is that I think the parking space is way too small for a RAV4. I was able to get a Subaru Outback in there but at an angle due to the column. I think something like a mini cooper or fiat would be best. Luckily there was no one in the parking space beside of me for the length of my stay but I don’t think I could’ve managed parking with a compact SUV if there was a person in that space.

Fast easy check in. Very clean, great location down town for my stay and will definitely come back in the future. Work out gym, pool, Hot tub and sauna is what sealed the deal for me!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. It was precisely what I needed, it's comfortable, clean, easy to find, and close to the I-5. It didn't take me more than 2 minutes to get to the interstate and I was able to be in downtown Seatle in about 20 minutes (weekend, off-peak hours). The place was exactly like the photos and description. If I ever need to get back to Seattle I'd certainly stay at Vagner's again.

Sean’s place could not be better situated! It’s “down the hill” from Pike Place Market. Within the last two years, Seattle has created a wonderful access bridge from Pike Place down to the waterfront, making Sean’s place ideal for walking the waterfront to restaurants and activities and getting to Pike Place Market. It’s also an easy drive to the Space Needle and Chihuly gardens and museum. While small, Sean’s place was perfect for two of us. I loved the fireplace and the view of Elliott Bay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Mario’s home. Extremely peaceful with amazing views of the mountains in the distance. I felt like the pictures simply didn’t do it justice - it exceeded our expectations in every way. Would recommend to anyone!

The location of this stay is prefect for a first time visit to Seattle, very walkable with so many shops and activities nearby. The stay is very cozy with a nice view. The actual beds and pillows were comfy.

What can I say? The place was great. It was very comfortable and worked great for my family of four. One of the main reasons I picked this place is because they offered a crib and had access to a pool. The location was also very secure, requiring a fob to access the free parking, elevator access, and the pool. The place was also on the same floor as the pool. The location was great. Located within walking distance to the pike market, corner stores, and rake out places. It was also only 20-25 minutes walking to the convention center.
