Ms Ai and her husband are super nice and their dog is super friendly and a good boy! They are responsive during our stay and came to the flat every now and then to check on us. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Borongan City! Absolutely fantastic stay in this is awesome space, feels like we are at home with a relative, our whole stay was very relaxing and comfortable. We are touched by the simple things they put inside the flat like coffee, soap, tissues, gallon of water, they are very thoughtful of our stay. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need! Would def visit again! :)

Our stay was very enjoyable. Plenty of space for gathering with our group and also for retreating when privacy was desired. The private pool was a great source of fun! (Love the lighting at night) A nice, large home conveniently located in the city. Plenty of dining options. The locals were very friendly and accommodating. One highlight for us was taking surfing lessons from a local surfer: the beach was beautiful and the experience was awesome. The only slight critique would be the low water pressure. It will not keep me from booking again in the future but it would be nice if that could be improved. Without hesitation I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in Borongan.

Our stay was great, the entire experience was perfect. I really love the place, the view, actually everything, it gives you peace and it's definitely the perfect place to unwind with your family and friends. Kudos to the Host Sir Joel and staffs for being so accommodating and one call away whenever we need anything. This place is really a true hidden gem and very highly recommended. Place was a bit far from the city but did not regret booking here. It was wide and clean and had everything you can possibly need. Mylene was very accommodating and even went above and beyond just to cater to our needs. Would definitely stay in this place again once we’re back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Shane's place. The location was perfect, it was close to Robinsons place, shops and just along the highway. The compound is big enough to accommodate four cars. The place is clean, cozy and well-maintained when we arrived. Beds are comfy, essential kitchen utensils are available and wifi is fast. We had few request from the hosts and they were very kind to accommodate them. We used the place as headquarters for our Bar Operations and we never had issues in the property during our stay. We hope to book it as headquarters again for next year!

This place is very nice. I stayed here for 2 weeks and will come back to stay again. Ra is a great host. If we had any issues they were handled quickly. Parking is just outside the unit. It’s very quiet away from the main road and no chickens crowing. Everything is within walking distance. The grocery and Landry are a 2 minute walk. The gym down the street is small but one the best I have been to in Tackoban and I have been to at least 7 different gyms. I visit Tacloban for months at a time and have stayed at many Airbnb and this one is at the top of the list.

We really enjoyed our time there. It felt like it was our own place. We can’t wait to return there.

I have a friend in Tacloban and I often travel, but it's the first time I've used a house close to downtown. I'm very satisfied and I want to recommend it to everyone. It's close to the city, so you can walk to many places in the city. Actually I was worried that there was a cafe downstairs so my privacy wouldn't be guaranteed, but you don't have to worry. And you can also buy food and drinks from the cafe, so enjoy it. Above all, you can get a lot of help from friendly cafe staff.

Our stay at BCD apartment rental was truly delightful! The check-in process was seamless, making it easy for us to settle in quickly. The owner was incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with a friendly and approachable attitude. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, ensuring we had all the things we needed. He always make sure if we need something he’s willing to help. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay. You feel like home!

As always, host has always been accomodating. All the amenities were up to par. Won't be our last stay either. Thank you Once again Host! <3

Just book this condo! I’ve stay in many properties here in the Philippines and this is the most spacious of all. Great location as well. Trikes, Pedicabs and buses are literally right at your doorstep. Walking distance to mall and eateries. Units also has a porch in front(mountain view) and a balcony in the rear(city view). Rhodora and her team are the best hosts you could hope for. Very helpful and attentive. When I'm in Tacloban, I will always stay exclusively at this property.
