A beautiful rooftop apartment with lots of space. What makes the place is the rooftop patio where we enjoyed breakfast outside every day. Also enjoyed a night of watching both the stars and a storm over the horizon - what a show ! The apartment is right on the Main Street .step out into all the action . Turn left and restaurants shops and bars are there for you . Turn right and 50 m away is the beach - and fyi the beach is a nice sand one. umbrellas for the beach supplied - a nice touch . Access to the apartment is by foot . At first it seemed daunting however in fact it was a 5 min walk from where Paulo had arranged a parking spot for us. Paulo and Stefano were there for us as we found our way to both parking and then the apartment. Paulo is a personal assistant by profession - she was our personal assistant during our stay making dinner rez when places were full ! Great bonus . There’s a roof top bar with music to midnight - good tunes so we enjoyed . Small kids might not enjoy

Biagio and his family were absolutely amazing! They were really supportive and friendly on finding solutions for issues I had personally and super attentious with the house matters. Lovely people we are happy to know it exists! Hope to return soon ✨

Andrea's apartment is exactly as described in the offer. We were immediately at ease, throughout our holidays. The large terrace with a wide view allows a comfortable stay thanks also to the presence of a pleasant breeze. Well served by supermarkets and shops of all kinds, equipped with a large free parking under the house. We thank Andrea for his kindness and helpfulness.

I can only recommend Irma's accommodation to anyone. It's a beautiful house that is right by the sea and you only have to walk a few steps to restaurants/bakeries. Irma and her family were very nice and proactive. Big praise for that too. Would book the accommodation again in a heartbeat.

Listing as described and very functional! Danièle's parents live next door and welcomed us very well. Be careful he only speaks Italian! But we always manage to make ourselves understood and that was no problem! Danièle was very responsive by message to make our arrival easier. The accommodation is well located for a stay along the coast between otranto and Santa Maria di leuca. I would recommned this property.

Francesco was extremely helpful from the first moment, even before our arrival. At check-in, he welcomed us and provided us with all the useful information for the stay in addition to many tips as a true expert in the area. The house was as described, very livable spaces, with everything you need to make the most of your stay. Impeccable cleanliness and spacious and enjoyable outdoor space. We really felt at home! Perfect location just outside the chaos of Torre Vado, close to all amenities between Torre Vado and Morciano di Leuca. The affiliated parking is a real gem and among other things it is near the most beautiful beach in the country. I can only recommend this place and thank Francesco for his great kindness and passion in managing the property!

We arrived very late, midnight, and Cinzia was waiting for us. The house is high, so you have a magnificent view over the sea. A nice supermarket can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and 4 minutes by car. There are even 4 terraces, so you can always sit in the sun or in the shade. The pool was small but very clean and reasonably warm. The house is spacious, and all windows have screens against the mosquitoes. Spacious bedroom, large bathroom with washing machine, full kitchen. We enjoyed Alberobello, Lecce, Gallipoli and Ostuni. You do need a car for that. Paolo is very helpful and takes care of everything and also takes care of the garbage!

Apartment with great sea view, holiday-friendly, great location with short distances to the sea (also in August there is a quiet place) and to the village.

Great communication, very nice quiet location, close to amazing beaches and historical cities, it's a pearl of Puglia, you can go to Marina Di Pescoluse and enjoy amazing beach and you can go swim in both Adriatic and Ionian seas, if you drive a little to west of Italy you can enjoy Tyrrhenian sea as well! You will be very happy with place, it's amenities like jacuzzi and amazing swimming pool with inflatable toys, nice gazebo with chairs and great Bluetooth Sony speaker, bikes to ride around and explore the local area, great kitchen, big fridge, nice living room with HD TV, sparkling washroom, great bedrooms and amazing garden surrounding all this beauty! Our son loved to play with cats that were rescued and quietly live in the garden. this place is so cool that both of us me and my spouse thought about one thing the first evening while enjoying the jacuzzi after supper - would be great to buy this place and come and live here.. you remember how to dream again here, find peace and joy

The stay in the house of Iacopo in Otranto will be an unforgettable memory. The house is located in the middle of the historical center of the city with proximity to everything you want. Good restaurants literally right outside the door. Beaches that encircle the city with lovely crystal clear sea, and a very cozy town with cramped alleys and streets within the walls of the old fort. We stayed for 3 weeks and really felt at home! The roof terrace which is perfectly south/west facing and in the shelter of wind was a huge plus. Here we could enjoy the sun from morning to evening. With barbecue and views over the rooftops of Otranto's old center. Thank you so much to Iacopo for a great stay, he is the perfect host. We will be more than happy to come back to your house!😀

The welcome was very comfortable, Vincenzo and his partner are very nice and welcoming, they are located in the house next door but know how to be discreet and respect your space. The property is very well done, the view spectacular. If you want to experience the beautiful garden, have mosquito repellents. The location is great for exploring Salento, a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches, from Nardò and Gallipoli. Returning to Salento, I would definitely stay at Vincenzo's

Everything was excellent. Very clean and well appointed accommodation. The hot tub is really great and that's why we rented here. We do not regret it!!! We can only recommend!

Based on the pictures and the price, we already had high expectations. These expectations have been completely exceeded. It was really unprecedented, if you go to southern Italy, this is a MUST GO. So welcoming, such a nice tenuta, delicious breakfast every morning and attention was paid to everything, they really take an extra step to make you feel completely welcome and at home. We have been there our first 10 days of vacation to discover the south of Puglia. It is perfectly located for that, we have explored all the nice places in the area all less than an hour away. The only thing I regret is that we have booked this accommodation to start the holiday with, I am now writing this review from our second accommodation and it really falls into nothing compared to Tenuta San Trifone. I sincerely don't think you're going to find a better place to stay in the south of Puglia. Emanuele, Laura and the rest of the family, super thank you, it was great!

This apartment in Nardo is ideal for shining in Salento as well as for enjoying the beaches. It is right in the historic center of Nardo which was very nice to us. The terrace is a more extraordinary. Everything is provided by Ulrike to ensure you have the best possible stay. All the equipment is there, there's nothing missing!. We recommend it without hesitating.

Very nice, comfortable and clean apartment. You have everything you need, and if you're missing something, Pasquale will bring it to you very quickly. Maybe you can hear and see from the deck. Pasquale speaks English, gives good recommendations. We recommend it wholeheartedly!

Anna Laura's location is very welcoming and typically Salento. I expected something more rural, but I found a very nice structure, with attention to detail, from the stone walls to the beautiful fixtures, to the palm in front of the bedroom window. We had a great time, somuch so that my boyfriend immediately used the barbecue to cook a fabulous bass. Anna Laura is very kind and friendly. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, from the faraglioni of Torre S. Andrea to Torre dell 'Orso beach, perhaps a little too crowded. Unfortunately, we had to interrupt the stay due to my boyfriend's mother's illness, but we will definitely be back!! Thank you very much Anna Laura
