The Aconchego place served me perfectly! There is a very functional shelf in the room, which made my organization easier. The check in was easy and quick and the cleaning of the apartment impeccable. Just like in the pictures . The apartment is well located and easy access to the beach . It has choice on all sides and we had no difficulties with app cars and not even fast-food. The town is quiet and is close to a supermarket , pharmacy ,restaurant and bakeries . I recommended it .

The house served us very well. The outdoor area is excellent, spacious, with a very good swimming pool and a very new outdoor bathroom. The house has two comfortable suites and two other very good-sized bedrooms. Kitchen with appliances and utensils. Larissa always attentive and available. We will definitely be back.

This was the best experience of a lodging, the beach is amazing, even in the period of New Year's is super quiet it has no crowds, going early to form pools on the perfect sandbanks for children and the elderly or for those who are afraid of the waves. The beach is 5 minutes walking, has restaurants and nearby markets. Adriana very polite and kind, the attentive super polite neighbors, you can book!!

We had a very nice stay in the house by the lake. The condominium is well maintained and we felt very well at home. If you are looking for a nice place by the lake then this house is a very good choice!

As suggestions, provide a first kit of cleaning products, etc., because already on arrival we need to go out to buy (we were without a car and it was a nuisance - and in the laundry there were a lot of products covered by a cloth), and also to guide the man to be more proactive, such as offering or at least helping to take some of the many coconuts available from the lawn coconut trees, etc.

The apartment is exactly like the pictures. It has a huge balcony with lateral sea view. The building is new, high luxury and all air-conditioned. Gymnasium excellent! It has private access to the beach, including availability of chairs and sombreiro. The location is excellent, easy access to Barra and Rio Vermelho. GREAT!

Larissa's apartment is excellent. WE love the way WE were received, IN addition to the quality IN EVERYTHING IN the apartment. The location is excellent, the kitchen very well equipped. I only make 2 notes. 1) The apartment does not match the photos, the photos do not detail all the perfection, space and details that the apartment is. The apartment is much higher than the pictures show; 2) the internet was a little slow, perhaps because it was a carnival. We will definitely be back as soon as we can. Rozilda was very responsive, friendly and kind. Place is neat, tidy, and matched description. Location is great, very close to Largo da Mariquita in Rio Vermelho and in front of a supermarket. We do not miss air-conditioning in the apartment, the fans take care of it! We don't get hot <3 I highly recommend Rozilda's apartment in case you don't need Wifi!
