Family-friendly vacation rentals in Salmon Arm

This place was so incredibly perfect for our large group. The hosts were so gracious with the space, including 7 rooms, 2 games, tons of indoor & outdoor doors. Toys for kids of all ages. They also left us the most amazing fresh loaf of bread & farm fresh eggs. We loved the ease of it. The kids had so much fun running around & seeing the animals. Amazing hikes around Falkland. We just had the best time here. My one constructive feedback would be I wish there was more fridge & kitchen space, but otherwise so excellent!!!

The house is beautiful, very well kitted out and so comfortable - had everything we needed and more. Great location for Morrisey lift. Cory was great at getting back to us with any questions we had. Overall really enjoyed our stay, we would highly recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful space equipped with everything you need and soaring 20 ft windows overlooking the ski hill. True ski in-ski out! About a 10 min walk into the village but for our family we loved being right across from the toboggan hill and Nordic centre. Super responsive and helpful hosts.

This was the perfect place for a ski weekend! It is ski in/ski out with easy access to the lifts and everything in the village. The condo had everything we needed for a few days. Would definitely stay again!

My daughter’s and i really enjoyed this place. It’s right next door to the golf course and only short drive to the public boat launch. We felt very safe and secure at the location and the A/C was nice in the heat. The rustic feel of the cabin just helped enhance our trip to the Okanagan.

We had a great weekend! The house is very spacious and clean and didn't feel cramped even with 10 adults. The mud room on the bottom floor is great for storing skis and drying gear. The upstairs is nice and open and a great place to hang out. The hot tub is serviced regularly. Great hot tub. However, we didn't know that the service person would just walk into the house in the morning to check the hot tub. It wasn't a big issue, but a heads up would have been nice. Overall, great stay. Would definitely go back! Would recommend.

We absolutely loved staying at the Lavender Cabin. It's more like a lodge than a cabin: very spacious, beautiful design, well appointed and luxurious. Highly recommended.

The place was situated well - close to town, ski in/ski out right out the back door, quiet neighborhood and easy to find. You're close enough to town to walk the groomed trail in (so you're off the road), the lift access going out and coming home is perfect and the place is as advertised.

Nancy has an absolute gem of an air bnb! The view is spectacular, and the place is quiet and serene. Nancy was really flexible and communicative with my needs, which made the stay even more memorable. Highly recommend!! Thank you!!

Renske and Peter have an amazing property. Our book club (5 women) found the relaxation, connection and fresh air we needed while also enjoying the surroundings. The cabin's kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the bedroom arrangement worked wonderful for the five of us and the cozy living room allowed us to comfortably relax, puzzle, read and prepare snacks while enjoying each others company. The cabin has a fire place that came well stocked with paper, kindling and wood , it added to the cozy mood within the space. Peter and Renske have created the most enticing space with their wood heated cedar hot tub on the edge of the Upper Shuswap River, we did our very best late February cold plunge. It was truly exhilarating and refreshing, as it always is. Renske and Peter are welcoming, incredibly accommodating, communicative and thrilled to share their beautiful space. We will be visiting again, thank you from the Lower Shuswap River Book Club

This was our kind of place! Lots of room and amenities that we all appreciated. One thing I could suggest would be for a good railing (or 2) for the back staircase. Climbing or descending on the ice covered steps and with ski boots there is a potential for a serious accident. I’d definitely rent here again. Cheers! Murray

Christine is very responsive and friendly. her house is fantastic and has spectacular view. we felt that we are rich for 2 days of stay. the place has everything we need and more. this place is good for group or big family.

The house was lovely and well equipped. The decks sell this house, the views are terrific. The top deck is for sun and the lower for eating and relaxing both with lots of comfortable furniture. Host quickly responded to any questions we had.

We had a great stay at Rahul's home. It was very clean and was a good space for 4 adults. The stand out for all of us were the views. His home has the most incredible perspective of the lake and mountains from both the patio and balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked with all types of utensils and glassware which made it very easy to cook any meals we wanted without bringing a bunch of stuff from home. Lots of activity options at the resorts- It was nice to not have to commute everyday. He was responsive and attentive to any questions/needs we had leading up to and during our stay. The most organized and communicative host any of us have had on Airbnb. The beach on site was quite small and very rocky with a small parking lot. Would recommend getting down there early in the day in order to get a spot on the beach and in the parking lot. The driveway at the home was also very small which made it difficult to park any of our vehicles.

Great location for a relaxing few days

Fantastic place to stay for a weekend family getaway or with friends. The place was clean and well kept with lots to do. Will be booking again in the future.

Nermin's property was beautiful, well-kept. The pool was a huge hit with our girls as they had hours of fun swimming and playing. She was always willing to help and was such a kind person. she offered and made us the most delicious pizza that we all devoured. She was interesting to speak with about her travels and life, and her dog Rollo kept us from being too homesick for our dogs. We had an excellent experience and would be happy to return again next summer. We highly recommend this great spot.

As always Angela's place is perfect. The location is just ideal and the condo building is beautiful. Angela is always so accommodating and her condo has everything you need. Very quiet and relaxing location and building. Hot tub is an absolute bonus.
