Pilar was very friendly from the first moment. He made it easier for us to collect and return the keys since we expected to arrive late in the day and leave early in the morning. He worried about how everything was going for the weekend. And the apartment in addition to very nice and cared for, it was neat, tidy and there was nothing missing. Very comfortable beds, super full kitchen, and everything working perfectly. The location is great in an area full of restaurants and cider stores. We will surely repeat since it is very close to our family. A ten of ten and 100% recommended.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and making sure everything was to our liking. She greeted us with a bottle of cider and a few casavielles. The apartment as shown in the pictures was spotless. We traveled a lot and stayed in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a kitchen, clean, the impeccable bathroom and many details, it is to be appreciated the truth. The area where the apartment is located is a quiet residential area and we have been able to rest. You have everything around alimerka, Carrefour express, pharmacy. It also lets you be with your dog and goes with a parking space.

Everything is perfect, the accommodation is identical to the photos, the area is very quiet and there is parking with ease, although the accommodation includes a garage, which is appreciated. Ana Rosa has been attentive from the first moment and has been implicated in that we can enjoy our stay as much as possible, making recommendations of areas to visit and facilitating flexible departure.

A wonderful apartment, close to the beach and near all bars and restaurants. Marcos was available at all times for advice and checked in with us each day to make sure everything was ok. We have stayed in Gijon quite a few times, but this was by far the best place we have stayed. Thank you Marcos for your hospitality

We were very comfortable during the month we spent here. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, and very close to the beach, the town centre, and a plethora of tasty restaurants. Maite was very responsive and accommodating. We will be back!

Everything was fine, very good communication with the host. The apartment is very well located near the beach and downtown.

After meeting us at the station our host, Maria Jose accompanied us on the short walk to her place. She pointed out places relevant to make our month stay comfortable. Town center was very close as well as grocery stores and shops. Would definitely stay there again.

very comfortable and spacious apartment of 3 independent areas is also the first bed where I can sleep from the pull 9 hours since I am in the area ,that is a room without an elevator , but that is more than compensated for what has been mentioned above

Great site to vacation in Gijón. We were greeted at the door of the building by Ángeles, who went up with us and showed us the floor. The lady is super friendly and cordial. The apartment was spotless, not a speck of dust throughout the house. Two large bedrooms with comfy beds and spacious closets. Two superlym bathrooms, a living/dining room with large TV and a kitchen with everything you need. The major, a terrace with direct access from all the rooms, ideal for both breakfast in the morning and for a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is located two minutes from the beach of Poniente, 10 minutes from the port and 15 from the San Lorenzo beach. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, the Aquarium and even a spa, all within walking distance. It's our first Airb&b floor experience and it couldn't have been more satisfying. Thank you very much Jessica and Ángeles (beach towels were all a detail)

I highly recommend it, we went for a weekend and if it made us short. Samuel was very nice and polite, I cared for us in an excellent way from the first moment. The accommodation better than the photos, a very quiet place and easy access to other nearby towns and cities. If you don't get lazy driving for a while, there are several very nice places in the surroundings.

It was a pleasure to spend the weekend at this place. In addition to exquisite taste in decoration, cleanliness, order.. has everything you need.
