Great apartment location, ideal close to downtown, beautiful beaches. The owner is very nice and the sea view is beautiful.

Our stay at Thomas’s apartment on Boavista, Cape Verde was truly enjoyable! Thomas is an incredibly friendly and proactive host, ensuring that everything was well taken care of. The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach, and is modern, well-built, and equipped with plenty of appliances for a comfortable stay. Thomas promptly and skillfully addressed small repairs during our visit, which was greatly appreciated. One small improvement could be adding a electric kettle to the kitchen. Also, during our 9-day stay, the towels were not replaced, which was a minor inconvenience. It’s worth noting that there are several construction sites in the vicinity, causing some noise, but this is entirely beyond Thomas's control. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for its comfort, great location, and exceptional host!

We would like to thank Thomas for this wonderful stay, highly recommended to everyone who will visit Boa Vista. It is a great location and close to all local restaurants and cafes, you just walk from the appartement to the beach and in the evening you sit outside and listen to the ocean. Thomas was very responsive and if we needed anything it was arranged within 2 minutes. Next time we go to Boa Vista, we know we’ll stay with Thomas. Thanks again!

We were pleasantly surprised, the house is much nicer than the photos that date. Kitchen is more modern and the decor is super pretty. The bed is comfortable and you can see the sea from the bed. The garden is beautiful with the sea at the end. The owner Emanuela, is very available and welcoming and in addition she offers relaxing massages. The village and a 20 minute walk. There is a very good restaurant, several shops, artisans and a silver dot. There's a larger city 10 minutes away by car easily accessible by bus for 2 euros. The taxi costs 9 euros for the trip even if there are several of you. I would highly recommend it.

The accommodation was perfect for our needs. The on site staff were so friendly, pretty much the default setting for the majority of the local people. The only downside was the swimming pool available for guests to use which could do with a lot of remedial attention. It’s cleaned daily so still good to cool off in. You’re two minutes from the beach so what’s not to like. Someone plonked 2 containers opposite which spoilt the outlook, but from the roof terrace it’s no big deal. We found Alma’s restaurant up the road was one of the best for food and service. Delightful place.

The apartment was truly an architectural gem. It looked exactly like the pictures, and the view from the rooftop terrace was a absolutely stunning. The location was also excellent, with restaurants within a maximum of an 8-minute walk. Michaela was extremely helpful, assisting us with day trip recommendations and even helping to organize them—big thanks to her! We can highly recommend this apartment. The only small downsides were a slight odor in the bathroom due to the shower drain—perhaps the pipes need some cleaning—and the fact that the bedroom was somewhat noisy. It was a bit ringy.

The apartment is cozy and beautiful, everything in the area is within walking distance! Vilma is very easily accessible the messages were always answered quickly. It was quite helpful and neat. The condo is well equipped. Check-in was very good and also flexible, as is also very important to say!

I had a great time in this apartment, it is very beautiful, clean, very well cared for. It is a quiet and modern residence with security in the evening we have to show white pasta to be able to return after a certain time which is reassuring. Communication with Iza was perfect. She has done everything to simplify my arrival, a very human person who remains available and responds quickly, I will be happy to go back!
