Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sakura

I had a very comfortable stay.I want to use it again.

Our family of 4 loved our stay at June’s place! It was in such a great location - only 2 stops from Shinjuku but in a lovely local neighbourhood. The size of June’s place was perfect for us, it had everything we needed and we loved the heated floors for our cold spring nights! The 7/11 was directly downstairs and was very convenient for breakfast and snacks. They also offer luggage forwarding which we highly recommend! June was a wonderful host. She messaged to let me know we could check in early which we were so grateful for arriving on a cold rainy day. She gave us great restaurant recommendations and we had two awesome local meals. We highly recommend June and her place!

The rental unit is very easy to find and easy to check in. We had no problem getting to the unit by train. A less than 5-8 min walk to the Toritsu-Kasei train station with 7 Eleven and Family mart on the way. Lots of restaurants near by as well. We're only about 25-35min train ride to Shibuya and Shinjuku. The rental unit itself is very cozy and clean for the price. Everything you need to toiletries, all the amenities you would find at a rental Airbnb. The bathroom is a bit small for us (Just because we're tall) but was definitely manageable and quickly got used to it. Tsugushiro is a VERY friendly and proactive host and very much reliable whenever we had questions and instructions provided to us prior to checking in was really helpful. Pros - Easy check in - Convenient location - 2 to 3 min walk to Family mart/ 7 eleven - Around a 5 min walk to the nearest train station Cons - Small bathroom (minor issue but didn't takeaway our experience) 10/10 for me would recommend!!

The ultimate location. Next to the railway, restaurants and convenience store. Fabulous area, my new favourite neighbourhood. Its full of interesting shops, bars and small businesses. The apartment is roomy and the tatami bed was really comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment to those seeking a true local experience.

Perfect place quiet and close to trains to get to activities. Bakery next door is a must visit any time of day. Enjoy

The host was very welcoming and helped us get our luggage up and down the stairs, and went out to ask for transportation questions were also given a warm answer, and helped us get a taxi outside the door, which was very exciting!The facilities in the room are very new, the kitchenware and tableware are fully equipped, very clean, the bedding is also very clean. The decoration and matching set in the entire room are very high, a very happy experience!I will choose this home in Tokyo again in the future, and the communication with the host is smooth, thank you very much!

We had a wonderful stay at Moka's place! The beds were clean and comfortable, AC in each room, shower temperature and pressure was perfect, the whole apartment was clean and the washer/dryer was a great bonus! Conveniently located next to a Family Mart and restaurants near by. Koenji Station is about a 8min walk with a cute bakery called Little Mermaid. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend her place! Mahalo! 🤙

We are a Canadian family of 4 and this was the first place we stayed during our Japan visit. 🇨🇦 My husband is 6’4 so had to duck for everything but we heard Japan accommodations are smaller. The place was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and it had everything in it to live life “normally “. 7-11 was 3 minutes away. Very convenient. The train terminal was 12 minutes away. My only negative was that the power would short out often if the 3 aircons were on and you used anything else. Had to learn what to have on when using other appliances. All in all a good experience! Thank you 🙏🏼

The facilities are as nice as expected. It was very clean. There's a space for kids to enjoy on the second floor. It was full of content. Because of that, my kids didn't get bored. Weather not blessed and our entire stay It was raining, so I couldn't get a BBQ in the garden. It's a shame we couldn't get to the sea. It's a great place to stay for a family. It's a location, so be sure to do it this time. I want to stay in good weather. I'd like to meet you, I thought.

I stayed with more than 20 people on my friend's birthday. I can't complain about the facilities and cleaning conditions!There were few photos that were listed lightly at the beginning, and there were some concerns, but all the facilities exceeded expectations. The host responded quickly and responded flexibly to this convenience. There was only one thing that was not too far from the neighbors, and even before 22 o'clock (around 20 o'clock at my own time) I was called by the police when I was at the barbecue outside. However, I thought it would be good to move to the karaoke room inside when the night comes up.

Close to everything. Easy to get to train or bus. Great space for large group.

The area is extremely quiet, ideal for resting, the atmosphere is very pleasant, there is a station nearby, a few minutes' walk away; it also has a convenience store almost in front, and a 7/uven a few steps away. The stay is very nice and the hosts always keep in touch if you have any questions. It's definitely a very good place to stay.

Thank you so much for having us. It was really convenient taking the subway to Shiinamachi or walking to Ikebukuro. The place was clean and easy to use.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bamboo House! It was spacious, impeccably clean, and a cozy place to call home during our trip. The surrounding area is charming, adding to the overall experience. Our hosts were incredibly kind and went above and beyond—picking us up from the station, being highly responsive, and generously providing drinks, snacks, rides, luggage storage, and fantastic recommendations. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. We highly recommend Bamboo House and would love to stay again!

Luckily booked to such a great room a week before departure, the space is big three people three big suitcases can be opened, there is a convenient store 3 minutes walk, about 5-10 minutes there is a supermarket, 10-15 minutes can go to Ikebukuro station, like other reviews occasionally hear ambulance but not affect sleeping, the room is neat as new, the host is also very willing to let us drop our luggage early, recommended👍

Very convenient location and quiet. Gave excellent check-in/checkout instructions and was flexible with allowing us to store our luggage after checking out.

Toshi was a wonderful and informative host. He provided great instructions on getting to the place and was very accommodating. The place is perfect for a solo or couple traveling. The place is close to the Hase station and is a 10 minute walk from the giant Buddha statue. There are many great restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. Will definitely try to book in the summer so I can enjoy the beach!

very spacious, easy to understand instructions, and hassle free entry

Jacob and Natsuka's place was lovely, with a really homey feel and lots of thought in the little things, like a separate getting ready area with mirrors and a stand, and a multi-outlet power base with usb and usb-c ports. They left lots of instructions to help foreigners navigate the very Japan-specific home features. Shimokitazawa is such a fun area, you could spend multiple days in a 1km radius and still feel want more time.

It is convenient if you are already on the Mita Line Shiba Park Station, the price is similar to a nearby business chain hotel, but we are bringing a 1 and a half year old, the space of the apartment will be a little more suitable, the host also try to meet our needs, the WiFi provided in the room is quite fast, the actual stay is very lucky to have changed from business travel

The host will contact you and will personally meet you and took the time to explain to you on how to use the stuffs in the house, he is very fluent on his English too so don’t worry if you can’t speak Japanese. The distance is quite far from the house to nearest station but it’s walkable and at the station there’s quite a number of restaurants to look at. If I am ever coming to visit Tokyo again I would choose this place.
