We had a great time with the family. The two rooms on the ground floor are really very accessible. For the floor, you don't have to be too big or be dizzy.

We stayed a few days for a loved one's birthday. We were 10 people staying with Jacques. Everyone enjoyed the setting and space. Jacques is a very warm and welcoming host. Everything was perfect. We recommend without hesitation.

Very pleasant holiday home, totally renovated. All amenities are available. To your location, this is a very nice starting point for excursions. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Charming little tastefully renovated house. Everything was clean, functional and thoughtful. All the necessary equipment is there. It feels like a home. Very nice large garden. The rental allows you to be quiet, close to animals and nature while being close to the coast and many points of interest. Julie is responsive and warm in her welcome. Good stay experience.

We had a great time at Florence's place. The accommodation is clean, functional, many rooms with good bedding. The terrace is beautiful with beautiful view. The house is really cute. You can get everywhere on foot (harbor, beach, funicular, restaurants,...). Florence is very nice, available, ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This is a real good place to remember. What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.
