A very nice apartment with magnificent views of the old Port de La Rochelle. Close to the living places of the city but well isolated from outside sounds. Well decorated and very pleasant apartment to spend a few days there. Communication with Danie was seamless and embellished with local recommendations. Accessible on foot or by car, no difficulty parking. Self check-in with lockbox 🔑 and Sandrine is accommodating during check-in and check-out times. Plus, she's very responsive before and after. We had a great time at Marie's place. The apartment was very clear, extremely well located and yet quiet. We were able to take great walks on the coast directly from the accommodation, and go right after to the casino restaurant! We will come back without hesitation.

Very well located accommodation, near the center of Saint Palais sur mer and with a recently remodeled pool. The dedicated parking space is a real asset as well as the garden. This is the second time we have come and Marie is always as friendly as well as flexible and responsive. Thanks for the stay.

Dominique's welcome went very well and with a much appreciated flexibility of schedule. Clean apartment matching the description, a large balcony ... a real plus to enjoy the late afternoon. Quiet residence with swimming pool, great for children, easy walking access to the city center with all its shops and restaurants... and the port growing slightly. Great things to do around! I recommend without a problem!

An excellent studio located about 25-30’ walk to the old town. Easy access and parking and access to a swimming pool onsite. The studio is small but well designed and optimised for the space. The AC is not a wall unit and is very noisy. We therefore needed to open the door to the terrace and there was a lot of noise in the apartments opposite from young men having a party till 2am each night. With ear plugs we were fine. We were very happy with the apartment otherwise and recommend the host.
