Villa vacation rentals in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle

We stayed at this house while taking a road trip around the Pyrenees and this was easily the most spacious rental we stayed at. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. Communication from our hosts was excellent and check in and check out went very smoothly.

We had a lovely 15 days at Ronald's. The house is ideally located, perfect for small children, it feels like in a family holiday home, bicycles and games with free access, large garden, large bedrooms. And Ronald very considerate and responsive!

We had a lovely week in David and his family's house. Quiet house but close to everything (by bike or car) very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The pool is a real plus:) David has been on top of his best. - Tips for visiting the area with our little girl - He was kind enough to lend us bikes which allowed us to discover the neighboring towns (Cape Breton and hossegor) - very good communication before and during our stay - gourmet touches upon arrival We recommend:)

The place was really nice, the infrastructure impeccable, and the location great.

They are two cottages separated just by a small patio. The kitchen is spacious and fabulously equipped with all kinds of tools and amenities. I don't miss anything. The bedrooms are comfortable and are decorated with pampering. The common spaces are very welcoming. The pool is perfect for children to play and even for adults to swim. The gardens and terraces offer various areas for meeting and chatting. In total, we were 15 people and we were all able to be loosely: together, in small groups and alone. Marc's place allows everything! It's even better than it looks in the pictures. In the village you can find everything you need: supermarket, bakery, shops... The comarca is wonderful (with beautiful walking walks from Marc's same house) and is an hour's drive from the incredible Atlantic beaches. We had a great week. It's 120% recommended.

Great stay, excellent service, a very secluded house. We're already thinking about coming back for several family meals.

This house is perfect. It’s much more impressive than appears in the photos. Everything was perfect. The house is huge, beautiful, and well maintained. The pool is enormous. The yard is huge, green, quiet, and peaceful. This is the perfect place for a quiet retreat away from the crowds.

The place is exceptionally beautiful. There is nothing I can fault about this place. It's new, well designed, and perfectly comfortable. Host is incredibly responsive, willing to assist and friendly. I recommend this place and this host to everybody. It's a big plus for non Spanish speaking guests

This modern villa, nestled between Bidart and Guéthary, is the perfect seaside escape just steps from the beach. The spacious, light-filled interior is both welcoming and comfortable, with air-conditioned rooms and a fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining area. The garden, complete with a heated pool creates a nice setting for relaxation. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a blend of comfort and convenience in a stunning coastal location with lots to visit around. We had a great stay!

We were 3 couples with 4 children, the house lends itself perfectly to occupy them. The ocean is a 10 min walk. Quiet and secluded place from the hustle and bustle of a seaside resort in the middle of August. Very responsive and understanding hosts. We had a great time in Avignon!

Marie is an exceptional host who went above and beyond. The home is very well equipped, clean and functional in a fantastic spot. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the home or Marie as a host.

We rented this villa for a girls' EVJF on a weekend, and the house was perfect! The house is huge, there were 12 of us and did not use 50% of the house. The setting is great: close to the beach of St Jean de Luz, the garden is large and peaceful, and as the house is large, each has its own space and bathroom. It has all the necessary equipment. This house is a real gem for a quiet holiday in the Basque country.

We had a lovely stay at this perfect house for 8 people! André was very available and accommodating, we'll be back with pleasure.

Superb house, perfectly equipped, very nice materials and beautiful house linen (by the way can you give me the reference of your sheets?!!), large very bright rooms. A beautiful Christmas tree was waiting for us (Christmas holiday) and the house is very well heated. Jonathan is very friendly, he responds maximum within an hour and is very accommodating. Very good location, shops nearby and nice walks nearby. It was better than we expected. Thanks for this beautiful stay in the Basque Country.

We had a great time at the house even though the weather was rather moderate. Even on a rainy day, it can be endured very comfortably in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and the privacy absolutely respected. All in all an absolute recommendation!

Very nice villa. Great location. Teddy is an accommodating and responsive host! The pool is really great with the heat and the house is perfectly arranged. I recommend it and I'll go back again. (the only small downside, which I notified Teddy are the empty garbage cans, the barbecue clean and the lack of space in the dressing room and fridge because the house is usually inhabited by the host). We will definitely return if we go through Dax!
