Very nice property with a large garden within the walls in the city of ST MARTIN The hosts are very friendly and communication is ideal. Located in a closed area so away from traffic which is very nice for a quiet stay and very close to all activities St MARTIN is the ideal epicenter for all bike rides in addition to being the city with the FLEET which is the most lively out of season in summary: perfect stay, time stood still Thanks to KARINA and YANNICK

The studio is located in a haven of peace, furnished and decorated with taste. The place is just great, everything is there!! We couldn't find any negative points. Thinking, just one: our stay was too short… Martine and Eric are very welcoming and discreet hosts. You can count on them to guide you to make the best tours and eat at the best tables in the area. Not to mention the history of the island that Eric will tell you with passion. A big thank you to both of them for creating this beautiful place!! We'll be back for sure!!

We had a great time in Avignon! Very good communication from start to finish. The house is great and super nice! Between the jaccuzi, the plancha and the beautiful setting. I totally recommend this place if you want to decompress your daily life!

Very pleasant stay with magnificent views from the accommodation and the spa. Very welcoming host. The Bikki beach within walking distance is a restaurant bar with your feet in the sand on Nonnes beach, it was great.

Isabelle is a responsive person. She has a lot of things to do and she won't be on your back. She also loves animals, which makes her a good person.

We had a pleasant stay the house is very well equipped if you have a toddler there is everything you need and the kitchen is very complete we can really cook. the accommodation is right next to a small square with all amenities. We loved the island of Re and had a pleasant stay.

This is the third time we have come to Tracy and Bénédicte and we still feel as good there. Everything is perfect: clean accommodation, well decorated, well located in a peaceful area that corresponds in every way to the description of the listing. Our stay at Marie Reine's went very well. Her apartment is very well arranged in decor and equipment. Very comfortable for us, free parking nearby in winter. Well located near the city center of St Martin en Ré. I recommend it.

We had a great time , the neighborhood is very peaceful . The house is bright, well equipped, the host Guillaume is available and very nice . The nearby bike path is a plus for safe driving with 3 children aged 9.7 and 3. The beaches are close and perfect for a bodyboard initiative.

Thomas and Sabrina's house is very well located, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops / restaurants / casino It's really a central place between Royan (center) and Saint Palais, Palmyra, etc. Many activities and walks close by. The house itself is a small house but perfectly arranged and pleasant, it is quiet and no parking problems. All at a very reasonable rate for those who know how nice and in-demand this area is! In addition, both Sabrina and Thomas were very responsive and friendly in our exchanges. I will find it without hesitation.

We had a lovely week at Patricia and Joël's. The cottage is superb with its garden and pool. Patricia and Joel are charming and very welcoming. A property to keep in mind.

Nice little apartment- very nice covered terrace. Everything relatively remot - shopping, restaurant etc rather by car or bike! Cosy places can be reached in 10-20 minutes! Beaches rather further and low tide depending. The lighthouse shines into the bedroom when the shops are open - very nice but also need to get used to... All in all very nice and very good amenities…

We had a lovely stay at Brigitte’s place. The apartment was great - very clean and well-equipped. The bikes and pool were an added bonus. La Flotte is a lovely village and the beautiful port area is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommend.

No shops within walking distance close to the rental.

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊
