I just spent a week in the accommodation, I was greeted by Axelle's sociable daddy smile warm and very clear about the intructions, the small house was clean and well equipped, the inner courtyard is a plus as well as the location to park his vehicle. I would highly recommend this property. I don't understand the two negative reviews out of 57 at all, I think her people are really bad times. Big thank you Axelle for this exceptional property at a reasonable price.

We enjoyed our stay at Katy, the location was perfect for us, house is perfectly clean and equipped, comfortable beds, quiet are, shops within walking distance. Parking available. We strongly recommend.

We had a wonderul stay. We settled in straight away. Jo made us feel at home and the place was perfect for us. We have two young children who loved the garden, especially the climbing frame. It felt safe for them to run around and explore. We'll be back.

A lovely little cottage, just big enough for our family of four to have a private bedroom each. Very close to the RER and easy access to Paris. Friendly and helpful host who was more than happy to give helpful hits about the area.

This place was perfect for our Paris trip, location is everything and this place has it! Close to a metro, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Everything me, my partner and sister needed for our stay. The host is very responsive and clearly has done this many times, check in was super easy as was checkout. Would 100% recommend

We loved staying at Isabell’s place. Very comfortable and clean accommodation. Beautiful garden. Easy and quick access to D line into the city. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and eating at local restaurants. The Cafe right outside the RER station is fantastic. Isabelle is a lovely host, very personable and kind. We would definitely stay with her again!

The location is amazing. Now, be aware, this does not feel like a move-in ready location. You won't find room in the closets for you things- be prepared to live out of your suitcase. But the beds are comfortable, the apartment is beautiful, and the location is AMAZING. The upstairs neighbors seem to be avid late-night futbol fans, but nothing some white noise or earplugs can't handle. Everyone in the building was friendly, the neighborhood is amazing. If you are a fan of the cinema, you will LOVE this apartment. The collection is amazing.

Hannah and Reuben's flat was a dream! Private, secure, and full of unique Parisian charm, it was exactly as described and wonderful to stay in. Close to the Metro, it was a lovely spot to retreat to after a day out and about.

What a lovely place to stay for 8 days in Paris! Charlotte’s apartment was perfect and I loved the neighborhood, which is full of great food. I look forward to staying again next time I’m in Paris!

Claire was really friendly and helped us with our travels by recommending a very useful transport app. She also amended our breakfast order with no fuss. In general, Claire is a responsive and proactive host! The apartment is just as described, the hot tub in the terrace is a great addition too! The location is ideal, only a few minutes walk from the local station, Porte d'Orléans. Would definitely recommend :)

Apartments like Sophie's are the reason why we never stay in hotels. It felt like coming home, it was so comfortable and quiet despite being in a chic busy part of town near the Eiffel Tower. We spent all of our time on the terrace staring at the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. I'm so happy I canceled a prior booking and booked this apartment when it became available. Sophie's place was centrally located to all the other arrondisements that we wanted to visit, nothing was more than 30 minutes away! We are looking to definitely book this again and I've recommended it to all of my friends! Sophie was so sweet and left a great collection of drinks, fruits , candies and food for us on arrival. And she gave my kid a welcome gift and even sent one home for my son. It was these small touches that really made our stay special!

A perfect Airbnb experience from first booking to stepping out of the apartment for the last time. In the run up to our stay Alain and Eric sent us very comprehensive instructions about arriving at the apartment and how to access everything. Eric was on hand to meet us and gave us a tour of the apartment, showed us how everything worked and offered us some recommendations for the local area. The apartment itself was a wonderful place to stay. Very spacious and well equipped and the eclectic decor and artwork definitely made it a cut above any hotel room! The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing! There's a very peaceful and private garden wrapping around two sides of the apartment. It's incredibly quiet considering it's in a busy city centre location. Outside of the main tourist areas, there's still lots of eating places on the doorstep and some great delis, supermarkets and bakeries. Public transport easily accessible to get you to the main sites. 100% recommend!

Since it was close to the M1 train line in a very nice neighborhood, it was very easy to get to the museums and the center. Since the market and pharmacy are close, you can immediately reach the urgent needs. The house is very clean and has a great library, kitchen and terrace. Thank you so much

Very clean accommodation 2 steps from the metro which brings you directly to central Paris . Quiet neighborhood and the most significant a parking space in the basement. The bedding is great , everything is perfect for a single person or couple . I'm thinking about coming back if I have to go to Paris again.

We loved our stay over new years at this stunning spot! Our host Florence was so amazing and greeted us when we arrived and answered any questions we had over our stay! Her home is so beautiful and filled with books and was located in such a fun and walkable area with so many amazing restaurants and cafes around the corner! We will absolutely book this spot in the future when we visit Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!
