Apartment vacation rentals in Saint Martin

I have been coming to Saint Martin four years in a row — Grand Case is the spot to be, and Tibo’s place is right in the heart of it all. Seconds away from the beach, while still feeling private. Tibo is absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond for me when a previous landlord for a separate place cancelled my long-standing reservation last minute. The place is clean and cozy. The bed is AMAZING, as someone who has severe back issues I’ve never had this incredible of a mattress at an Airbnb. All in all 10/10. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks again Tibo x

Fantastic place, well beyond our expectations! Beautifully designed and staged, felt like a luxury hotel! The location is great also, only a few minutes from the beach. Pauline was wonderful, gave us all the information necessary, and was available to address any question. Our new absolute favorite spot, we only want to stay here going forward.

My family & I recently had the pleasure of staying in John’s beautiful oceanfront penthouse which happened to be an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, it had breathtaking views of the ocean stretching across the balcony. The condo was more than spacious which accommodated our party of eight. The penthouse itself is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and amenities. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, each with its own distinctive design. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare a gourmet meal. The bathrooms were large with plenty of space although we did have a small issue of not having access to one of the full bathrooms which was a little disappointing, however we were in & out exploring mostly and ended up sharing the bathrooms that we had. Overall, John’s condo is a true gem! We can't wait to return next year to create more wonderful memories with our family!

A bright, modern, well appointed apartment with everything needed for a great stay. It is very quiet and spacious for two people. The location does require a car to best access and explore other parts of the island, but with a car, the location proves ideal.....away from the tourist crowds but still with easy access to the most popular beaches and villages etc. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed, how clean the place was , I felt right at home and i felt safe, Grate Bay Beach is about 5 min drive, the beach was the reason and highlight of my trip, I really enjoyed my stay, will book again.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location! Instructions to find the apartment were thorough and entry was extremely easy upon arrival. Anne Sophie was very responsive, friendly and was easy to reach if needed. We did a lot of driving as we wanted to see the entire island/check out all of the beaches, and this apartment was in the perfect spot for day trips to both the popular Dutch and French spots. This also allowed us to check out a lot of great restaurants without a far drive. The gas station/market across the road has everything you need for food/essentials during your stay (including produce, toiletries etc.) and we were also walking distance to several restaurants and bakeries. The apartment itself was very clean, bright, and we slept great every night! Included chairs for the beach as well. Thank you Anne Sophie for the great stay!

Excellent host I recommend highly!

Perfect location and perfect place to stay. In 2 minutes you can walk to a French bakery in the morning, or make breakfast at home, and then have a 2 minute walk to the beach. Later 2 minutes walk to tons of places to have lunch, and amazing set of restaurants to have dinner. You can also get groceries in a small local store and cook at home - the kitchen has everything you need. 10-15 minutes drive to other beautiful beaches of the island. We had a great time!

Very clean, peaceful property with pool and beautiful evening views! Would recommend staying at this property if you rent a car and don’t mind driving the island!

Beautiful beach. Great apartment with everything you need. Just be sure to get a small rental vehicle to fit into the underground parking. Worth every penny. Will be back.

We just came back from 4 glorious days at Leonard’s beautiful apartment. The place exceeded all our expectations. The view was breathtaking, the location was great, and Leonard and Max were so friendly and quick to answer every question. They provided recommendations for hikes, restaurants, and their condo was well equipped with everything we needed and more (including adapters, much appreciated). This was by far my best experience with Airbnb. If you are traveling to St. Martin, I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!

We loved our vacation at Farrah’s villa. The accommodations were spacious, spotless and the outdoor space and pool were wonderful! We loved Rancho Del Sol for dinner, Oasis had great pizza and Bread and Butter was great for coffee and pastries! We would definitely return!

The appartment was just perfect . Loved that it was in a secure private area . The view was amazing . And just near orientbay and grand case . With a nice bakery nearby and grocery store ! .. Florence was super kind and responds really quick . Thank you

Isabelle was an excellent host. She was there when we arrived, she always responded immediately, had fabulous recommendations and connections on the island, and was flexible when we asked for an early check in and late check out. The refrigerator and cupboards were stocked with basics and treats. The apartment is sleek, white and comfortable with modern details and cleaver features. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We loved our stay at Sylvie's guest house. They were extremely attentive, responsive, and helpful for any questions regarding the area and our stay. The guest house was spotless and spacious, we'd love to come back!

Veronique’s apartment was our home away from home. Her attention, responsiveness helped to make our stay. We loved the deck for added outdoor living space. A charcoal grill made cooking the fresh fish we picked up at the market a huge plus! We would definitely stay at her property for a future trip if available!

My friends and I had an amazing stay in Maia’s apartment. The views were immaculate. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so peaceful that some of us often fell asleep on the balcony. Maia and her team were very responsive when we had questions. The desk attendants at the property were so kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again and am already planning my next trip.

If we could rate higher than 5 stars we would! Easily the best bed and breakfast I’ve ever stayed in. If you choose to stay here during your visit in SXM (which you should, duh!) you can smugly walk by every other tourist here knowing you have the best view of the island! But in all serious, thank you Tess and Hugh for a very memorable experience and creating this little slice of heaven! Don’t think twice, book already!! You won’t regret!

We are quite thorough when we choose our Airbnb's and Jen and Glen's place was everything we needed - clean, tons of amenities, all as described, with additional surprise amenities! Jen went above and beyond, bringing us a brand new blender and we were able to make delicious frozen coffees and fruity beverages throughout our stay! We had everything we needed for a drive, walk, or bus to the beautiful beaches (we did all 3), including a backpack cooler bag, floaties, ice packs, and plenty of light beach towels that were easy to carry & wash! There was also an umbrella, Bosch appliances (felt like we had a fancy cooking show kitchen), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, garbage bags, ziplock bags, dishwasher tabs, etc. The nightstand lamps are also phone chargers & there's a big outdoor electric blind which is cool. Being from Canada, we really appreciated the air condioners, bedroom ceiling fan and extra fans. The area is safe, lively and peaceful. Thanks Jen&Glen! :)
