Vacation rentals with beach access in Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche

A big THANK YOU to Ana Teresa for her warm welcome! The accommodation is functional and spacious, located in the center of a very pretty village. Restaurants are located nearby so you can walk there. We slept very well. Nothing to say. Just so you know, you have to park the vehicle a little further away but we were able to get closer while we unload our belongings. Delighted with my experience, I would recommend it without hesitation!

Lou's appartment was pleasant, comfortable and good value for money. We had a lovely stay here, out of season so the town was very quiet and empty of tourists. Perfect!

Large building beautifully restored, divided into four. Beautiful shaded terrace overlooking a stream. Very nice environment. Access to the stream with swimming area, small beach and pool. Nice bridge, bucolic and very shaded valley. A little piece of heaven. Marie Pierre is a great host. Very good advice for visiting, Very responsive and very friendly. NB: Remarkable butcher in the city center.

We had a great time at Marc and Sonia's! As soon as we arrived, they welcomed us warmly and with great kindness. Their apartment is impeccable, perfectly as advertised and extremely functional. Everything is designed for the comfort of the guests, and we did not lack anything. A big thank you to them for their hospitality, we'll be happy to come back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Murielle's: very clean apartment, as described and photos, well equipped, comfortable bedding, no neighborhood or street noise, located in the city center close to shops. Indeed, it takes a little skill to enter the car in the garage but it remains appreciated because the parking lots all around are for a fee. Plus, contact with our host was easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend it.

Claire's house is a haven of peace, ideally located in the beautiful village of Balazuc where you can access the river by a small path. It has a very pleasant and intimate terrace with superb views of the valley. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and very nicely decorated by Claire, it feels like home. In addition, Claire and her husband are charming hosts and very accommodating. It's a place we'll remember because we'll be happy to go back.

We stayed 1 night at Christophe's, there were 3 of us, clean accommodation, small but you'll find what you need. Very nice host and responsive to messages. Recommended

Excellent welcome from Nicolas, warm and responsive host. The accommodation has direct access to the river as well as the bike lane. Tbien located in this area full of hikes of all levels and great restaurants. Ideal pied-à-terre to be bcp outside. Recommended + +++. We keep the address and will surely come back.

Sébastien's house is impeccable, clean and well arranged. We loved it because it's quiet, the grounds are fully fenced (we enjoyed it for our dog Ugo). We would recommend it in a second. We'll be back. Philippe

We had a wonderful time in Burzet. Eric was an available host and concerned about our well-being throughout the stay. The location of the house is ideal, the river is just around the corner. The house itself is beautiful! Well-equipped, spacious, super nice. In addition, the rooftop offers a perfect place to relax. Burzet is a welcoming and super nice village for a vacation that rhymes with rest and nature.

We really enjoyed Véro's accommodation, very pleasant to stay in, spacious and very well-equipped. Everything is designed to make us feel at home. We were kindly welcomed, a gift was waiting for us in the cottage. We will have fond memories of our family weekend at Véro's.

Mireille, our host is a very pleasant person and full of empathy... her welcome was very warm and made us feel like we were being expected by a friend 😊 The accommodation is comfortable, very clean and lacking nothing. Ideal for reunions for families or groups of friends. The exteriors are beautiful and maintained (even though we went there in winter.) Small plus with room to park our 4 cars. An absolutely unique property with an unbeatable view and it overlooks the most beautiful of villages and the Ardèche River. There is nothing not to like. Stunning.

We had a great time at Julie's place. Everything was perfect: the house is well-equipped and very nice. Julie was welcoming and responsive, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to come back the next time I visit.

We had a very nice and relaxing time. The apartment was great for us, it had everything we needed and the view is beautiful. You can hear the rushing water, which was very calming for us. Claude and Martine are very friendly and helpful. They drove us to the train station for our departure. Thank you very much for everything and also for the smooth and proactive communication!

We had a great week at Christiane's place. She's a lovely person! Very responsive and caring for its hosts . The estate is beautiful. There is plenty to do in terms of leisure ( jogging, walks, swimming pools, bowling, cinema, mini golf, restaurants ect...). The accommodation is ideally located in front of such pretty sites . We really enjoyed the air conditioning. the little terrace is appreciated . We'll be happy to go back. 😊 Thanks again Christiane!

Very nice stay, Françoise and Jacques are incredibly kind! The welcome was perfect with nice touches for the whole family! The accommodation is located 6-7 min. walk from Spirou Park, which is fantastic (some paid parking in the park is located further than the accommodation itself!), this even allowed us to go home to eat and then return to the park afterwards (and given the line at each restaurant, it was not negligible!). And finally, for parking, a private parking space located in a perfectly accessible garage, excellent. Talk to you soon, Chloe and Julien.
