Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Lô-d'Ourville

We stayed at the property as a family of three, including our 18 month old toddler. The hosts could not have been more helpful, setting up a travel cot with clean, fresh linens, a highchair and even a baby bath and bath toys! Upon arrival we were blown away by how responsive the host was when we had a question and delighted to find a big box of toys to keep our little one busy. The house is beautifully decorated with everything you could need. We truly felt at home immediately. This was our first trip away from home as a family and we can't recommend it enough. Parking was super easy (I often worry about tight spaces!), the location was great for exploring the island from and the kitchen has everything you could ever need. The sofa is super comfy, as are the beds. Thank you to the hosts, you truly made our first trip away so smooth and easy. We feel so much more confident in travelling with our little one moving forwards and hope to stay in one of your AirBnB's in the future.

Very nice house, nice amenities : bathroom, equipped kitchen, garden furniture etc... very quiet environment. Great hospitality from Lydie with her delicious chocolate cake. Responds quickly to our questions.

Lovely hosts,very friendly and hospitable. Very attractive appt and gardens.Great location for cycling,Normandy beaches and museums,easy access to historic towns.Only very minor improvement would be some soft lighting in lounge area. 5/5

We had a great time at Françoise's place. (Extended weekend with my two daughters) The place was great for visiting Contentin. There was everything you need at home, there's nothing missing. It was very clean, nicely decorated. Loved our stay, highly recommend.

It is really an old cottage but very cozy and cozy inside. Lots of attention to detail. Directly by the sea, in the village there is a good bakery, butcher and supermarket. Lots of brocantes nearby. And of course the landing beaches. We spent the Christmas holidays here and had a wonderful week.

Very good stay at Sophie's, caring and accommodating host. The accommodation is very well renovated, equipped, clean and quiet.

The property is very suitable for a break by the sea as only a few minutes away are the dunes and the sea. The surroundings are very quiet and we felt very comfortable in the apartment! The city center of the small town is easily accessible by car, but it is a long walk.

Despite a fairly gray weather for a photographer, it was a pleasant stay. The rental in the heart of Barfleur close to shops and the port is a real asset . Didier is a super friendly host, good advice and very available.

Very good large and spacious accommodation to discover Cherbourg-Octeville and its surroundings as a family Natanael is a great host. I recommend it.

Super fully-equipped accommodation and close to the sea which is not insignificant. Everything comes together for a pleasant stay at Morgane's "pretty shack". We recommend it without a second thought for a stay with family or friends for nice memories. Thank you for everything, we hope to be back soon!! A tip, go without hesitation to the end of the street for the sunset, it is just beautiful you will not regret it and why not go to lunch or dinner at the grain of sand just opposite too!! ☺️

Very nice house and very well equipped. Clean and very sunny house and close to the sea. Very nice bikes are available, we were able to take the opportunity to reach the beach of Gouville. Very nice house , nice, lots of amenities. Too bad for the fat mat’ because the roller shutter in the downstairs bedroom that didn't close. Very happy stay.

Augustin was very approachable and helped when my daughter was poorly. Answered lots of questions before arrival. Lovely, quiet rural area. Pool was a complete winner. Garden large. Lots of space for children to run around. Beaches were always quiet and vast. We liked the local World War II museum, bakery, bicuiterie and beach bar. All about 20 mins walk or drive and find an easy parking space. If you are taking small children (the house has a great cot), I would advise to take a high chair and a stair gate. We did and it was handy to have. A lovely, sunny week in France. Thanks Augustin….
