I recently stayed at Huyen’s place in St. Augustine, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent—peaceful and quiet while still being close to all the major attractions. The highlight for me was the balcony, which provided a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The place itself was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully maintained. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the entire stay hassle-free. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in St. Augustine!

This place was conveniently located for our purposes. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the home was very nice. It was also well stocked with essentials.

I recently stayed at Yvonne's place and was very impressed! We are from Orlando so we were already familiar with the area but it's a great location if you're going to Disney. My only issue was the cleanliness, but Yvonne was quick to rectify it and everything was fine. highly recommend!!

We stayed in this property for 8 days while our nearby home was being renovated. The home exceeds expectations in all ways. Even though we live in the area it still felt like a vacation. The home was bigger than anticipated and was squeaky clean. The hosts were very responsive and accommodated all of our requests. Highly recommend this property and these hosts. Would stay again.

We loved our stay at this Bungalow on F Street, literally one house away from the beach!

We really liked being there, it is a very quiet place and the communication with our host was excellent, any inconvenience that was presented to us, he quickly solved it.

This was our third stay at this home, and it was perfect as usual. It’s so comfy and cozy and close to everything. A short walk over the bridge into Old Town, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars right in the neighborhood. Landra is *very* responsive and helpful. And this trip, I realized my favorite place in the house is the reading/sun room. Very peaceful. And so dog-friendly! We had brought our senior dog Tucker the previous two times, but he passed away, sadly. This time, we brought our two rescue dogs. We brought our own crate, but there are crates already in the home. Our new pups are younger and more active and loved the back patio and going for walks in the neighborhood.

A great stay, a perfect host. Super understanding and easy to reach. Will HIGHLY recommend this AirBNB to another.

We had a fantastic stay. Property was as described. Clean with a lot of privacy. Check-in and check-out were both easy. The pool, playground, and outdoor seating enhanced our family stay. Host was friendly and was easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

The home is waaayyy nicer than the photos show. There's nothing wrong with them but better in person. Dog-friendly is an understatement. Very accommodative and simple to have our three cocker spaniels join us. Neighbor has a dog and is beyond considerate to keep theirs in more often during our stay. Be aware and respectful of the neighbors. Perfect sized yard for the pups to roam, sniff, run and do their business. Floorplan is great and everything inside makes sense. The right furniture, the right look, the right feel. Very warm and comfortable. Having now stayed here I can be confident in planning more trips in the future to visit family in Spring Hill because where to stay with dogs is no longer an uncertainty. If you're looking for a great place to stay with your pups you really don't need to look anywhere else if this home is available. Save time. You're making a great decision to stay here.

Beautiful home much nicer than pictures. Trip of 10 adults and 2 pets. Plenty of space for everyone. The backyard area is an oasis for sure. We spent a lot of times in the evening playing games in the game room. There is an awesome park literally on the same street with a splash pad, playground, walking paths and volleyball/pickel ball courts.

We stayed at Michael’s place for 3 days and we had a great time. The unit was fantastic, very clean and easy to find. The communication with Michael was smooth and no issues during our stay. We will return for sure.

We spent 2 nights at the house while attending shows at Florida Southern College. The house had great space, very clean. All brand new. Beds were super comfy and water pressure was awesome. I'm used to staying closer to FSC but once we settled in it was peaceful and quiet. The set up is perfect for someone who wants to work out as well. I do wish there had been a more comfortable couch set up as we like to relax around tv sometimes. But we enjoyed the outside space stargazing. We will definitely be back to this house again. Host Edward was very accommodating and responsive.

This home and this neighborhood is so nice! I see where people who stay at Airbnb choose to comment on all the creature comforts — well this home got all of the right ones done so well! The beds, the hot water, the shower heads — everything is very nice! The kitchen is well outfitted and we really felt like we had a home away from home during our stay! I'd recommend this to anybody but we so enjoyed it and our time with an easy hop skip and a jump to Disney World! Thank you and I hope you’ll have us again!

This airbnb is perfect. Close to St augustine in distance but miles away in peace and quiet. Hosts are wonderful, intent on their guests having a wonderful tilme Want to come back !!!!!!!

My husband and I stayed at Amber’s place with our pups. The space was as described, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful. Amber was also great with communicate ok during our stay!

This was one of the best family trips we have taken and the best AirBnB experience we have had. St. Augustine is a beautiful and great family destination during the holidays, I highly recommend and stay at this AirBnB for a great overall experience. Shauna and Anna were great hosts, friendly, responsive, and pro-active in their communication.

The house was very easy to find and located in a quiet neighborhood. Due to our late arrival he left the lights on and said we could contact him no matter how early in the morning it was when we got there for any problems. The house was very spacious and clean and exactly as the pictures showed. Richard was very responsive and accommodating for us! We really appreciated everything he did for us before our arrival and during our stay.

Beautiful place. Booked a long weekend with our best friends. We loved the property and the privacy we had. This place has EVERTHNG!! We book a trip to Sebastian every year and this will be the place we will be coming back to!

My family and I were in town for a bike race I had. Chris was friendly, proactive, and responsive. Instructions were clear, beds comfortable, convenient that you’re able to adjust temp as needed too. Spacious comfortable common areas and perfect for what we needed for a weekend getaway. Safe and close to all the fun things in main area of Daytona. Nice to haves we were looking for were laundry, parking, and kitchen, this worked out great! Nice to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. BTW this spot is wonderful if you’re looking to attend the Daytona convention center, it’s right across from it. We just so happened to book the same weekend as the Slammedenuff car show - a little rowdy one night with the cars revving their engines on a Saturday night until around midnight, but it was only 1 day, all the other nights were peaceful! This is by no means anyone’s fault, just a heads up you might want to check what is happening at DCC if you have any to avoid the car show.
