We spent 2 wonderful days in this cottage for Christmas. We really enjoyed the extreme cleanliness on arrival, the calm, the beautiful cozy decoration of the living room, the spacious bathroom and with quality materials, the pretty and pleasant bed linen, the magnificent view, the number and modular furniture, the bean coffee machine, the large fridge, the oven and the many oven dishes, as well as the basics. Despite the snow and the - 9 exteriors at night, the radiators did their job well: we were not cold at all! Constance was very responsive to our questions. Be careful in the middle of winter, the pathway is steep and snow tires equipment is essential in case of snowy periods to go up and down. A beautiful place!

The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely week-long stay. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is at a good location, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

A Truly beautiful home. Stunning views, beautiful design and lovely finishing touches everywhere. It was a joy to stay here. Talloires is a really pretty town with everything we needed from relaxed cafe bars to fine dining. We loved all the activities the region offers. Anne Sophie was a fabulous host and really helpful! A lovely home with great facilities and views. We were 5 adults and never felt in each others space. Hot tub, sauna and wood fire were a great addition too!

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

We had a lovely stay at Denise's. The host is accommodating and responsive. The accommodation is well located for visiting Lac du Bourget (10-40 min drive maximum)

Amazing views in a peaceful place.

Rachel's place was in a perfect location for everything Morzine and the surrounding area had to offer. It is right in the centre of town so convenient for local shops as well as the Pleney lift. We loved the Chalet and had a great time. Communication was brilliant from start to finish and we would not hesitate to book again.

Weekend off-season (February), we enjoyed the calm and direct access to the lake shore. The host, although not present on that day, was very responsive to our requests and prepared the listing accordingly. Very friendly before, during,, after, it's nice! The accommodation is nice for two, or four with children as long as they can be in a upstairs bed. Please note that you have to go through the very small children's room to access the parent room. Great bathroom and kitchen perfectly furnished. Dishes in bulk. In good season the outdoor space must be very pleasant. Perfectly fenced for your four-pasted pet. Hiking departure points are accessible by car nearby. The configuration of the lake, on the other hand, makes it more difficult to walk (road). A beautiful find with a very nice host!

We had a fantastic weekend. Eric's house is very nice and is in a very quiet area. Eric is super friendly, we were super accommodated. We will definitely be back.

Chalet on the heights of Saint Jean d 'Aulps with easy access by car, well located next to the ski resorts of avoriaz and Morzine, supermarket nearby. Full of hiking around, nature and mountain environment. Perfect accommodation, very well equipped (fondue, raclette, crepe machine), and pleasant with a spacious and cozy living room. Caroline is a responsive and friendly host with whom it is easy to communicate, thank you again for the hiking ideas that have been validated by the whole group 😊 Keep your eyes closed!!!

Giuseppe's cottage and garden is beautiful. We can see a lot of love and care has been put into the cottage, including the stone and masonry, i.e. the little lizards carved into the door step. We were very lucky we got to stay so close to the mountains and the view was amazing. Everything was convenient especially the free bus travel into Annecy city center. Best accommodation so far on Airbnb! :)

We loved our stay at Serina's chalet. It was comfortable and warm and had everything we needed. The location was great - a peaceful neighbourhood within 5 minutes walk of a local supermarket and cheese shop (and tasty pizza takeaway place), 10 minutes walk to the lovely town centre square, 10 minute walk through the woods / along the river to the ski lift, and a bus stop just outside. We rented skis from Xtreme Glisses just next to the ski lift so could leave our skis and boots there and didn't have to carry them. The chalet had everything we needed and we particularly appreciated all the 'essentials' that were available for us to use in the chalet, including basic cooking and kitchen supplies such as oil, salt, sugar, herbs, tea, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, etc. The beds were comfortable, the dining/sitting/kitchen area was great and there was a useful room for storing kit near the front door. There was also a selection of games and puzzles too. Thank you!

Our stay went very well, everything was fine and Jérôme was available and accommodating for the questions we had. The amenities of the house are very adapted and complete for family gatherings (fireplace, home theater, functional kitchen, jacuzzi etc.). Overall, a very nice living room with room for everyone to relax and share good meals. We made us feel at home!

We had a very nice week at Adrien's place, a beautiful and peaceful setting. Thanks for the little check-in gifts. The accommodation is 15 minutes from the Morzine gondola that provide access to the Portes du Soleil ski area. There are also a lot of activities nearby for non-skiers. We were able to meet Adrien on the Avoriaz station where he is checked. Very attentive host, concerned that everything goes smoothly, available and has great tips. Thank you!
