Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint-Jean-d'Arves

Bed a little for two 2 but apart from that I recommend it thoroughly! Clean, new accommodation, very welcoming and attentive host! First time we find such a clean air bnb!

We had a great time at Marjorie! Great nice, clean and well-equipped apartment that perfectly matches its description. Large TV, towels available and heating that works perfectly (a must in winter in very low temperatures) Bonus: Parking with lots of spots nearby Marjorie is also super responsive:) It was great, thanks!

Very comfortable accommodation. The beds were made and there were towels and the most basic things in, for example, the kitchen (such as spices, dish soap, etc.) as well as soap and toilet paper. Quick and good communication with flexible check-in and check-out.

Great location on a very nice site! Comfortable and neat accommodation with all the necessities. Arnaud and Florine are welcoming and discreet. Pralognan is quickly accessible with lots of activities to practice. Perfect for a refreshing holiday! We recommend this listing without a second thought. Looking forward to coming back. The access to the apartment is very easy, through an electronic key. Melissa was always in touch and gave useful recommendations on where to go and what to see in Chambéry. Very pleasant and well-equipped accommodation with garden, just above St Michel de Maurienne. Everything is super clean and in good condition. This is our second stay and we will gladly go back. Lots of activities nearby: for skiing several resorts including Val Thorens by Orelle , Valmeinier, Valloire etc.

Beautiful, clean, big space. Easy to walk around the town and close to skiing areas. We stayed here to visit a friend in town and it was perfect for our group of 4 and a baby!

Excellent experience. Jean-Pierre is a very welcoming host, the accommodation is even better than in the photos. It is very well equipped, clean, and the jacuzzi / hammam part is beautiful. The setting is beautiful too. Definitely recommend

Beautiful chalet very spacious and well located ( 10 min by car from the ski lifts ) It is equipped with a multitude of equipment Totally matches the listing, within driving distance and walking distance. Host was very responsive instructions and very clear information. I would come back without hesitation.

Great value for the price Virginia was an extremely welcoming, friendly and professional host. The instructions were clear, the place clean and nice. Really 15-17 minutes from the slopes. Lots of amenities; washing machine, 2 wc, a large TV and a coffee machine. The house is full of life! Virginia was extremely responsive to our questions.

We had a wonderful spring stay in Brides les Bains. The house was clean, comfortable, and private with beautiful views and the relaxing sound of a mountain stream. The town is very walkable and the shuttle to the ski gondola was very convenient. We enjoyed the nearby park and the saunas and steam rooms at the local spa. We cooked most of our meals and loved the outdoor terrace and electric grill. Our favorite restaurant was Achillee in Bozel which was a short taxi ride away.

Everything is beautiful

Perfect residence and location. Be careful though, this is a furnished rental in a tourist residence, it may be missing some basic items to bring (sponge, dish soap, shower gel, etc.). Despite this, the place, the welcome, the amenities, everything was compliant and impeccable.

Great place and great location

We had a pleasant stay at Fabienne's. Everything is as described. The apartment is very well appointed and functional. The location is perfect for skiers (ski-in/ski-out) and the village (Belle Plagne) is very pleasant. The resort is really large and many activities are available. The small plus of this rental is the spa, pool area. Ideal for relaxing after a sporting day or not😉. Fabienne is also responsive and pleasant in terms of communication. In short, a good holiday.

A great apartment about 10minutes walk to the Gondola. Beautiful setting over looking the park. Apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Parking was a little challenging as the area was busy, but managed to find some on the days we used the car.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is compact yet highly functional, offering everything we needed. The ski-in, ski-out access was extremely convenient, making our trip even more enjoyable. Check-in was smooth, with very clear instructions. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds ensuring a good night’s sleep. The balcony offers a wonderful view, adding to the overall experience. Located inside a modern complex, it was a great bonus to have a ski equipment rental office in the same building. Additionally, the shutters and blinds provided excellent light control, allowing for a peaceful rest. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything. I would strongly recommend this place and would love to return!

We had a great week of skiing and loved everything about Saint Martin. Georgia is a super responsive host and this was a perfect location.
