I had a lovely stay, the apartment is perfect and very well suited for working remotely. There was nothing missing. The location is ideal (a few minutes walk from downtown) and the dedicated parking space is a real plus. I will not hesitate to book this apartment again when I am back in Rennes!

The accommodation is compact but functional. We particularly appreciated the calm of the residence which is located behind the street and therefore away from the noises of the neighborhood which is very lively. The convention center is almost across the street. The equipment is as described, nothing superfluous! The bedding is comfortable including the sofa bed. Impeccable cleanliness.

Agnès's place was perfect for my 2 week stay in Rennes. It is in an ideal location, within minutes of walking to the town centre with lots of options for bars and restaurants and is also less than 1 minute walk from a supermarket. There are also spectacular views of Rennes from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had all of the amenities necessary for an extended stay. Agnès was always very responsive when needed, provided instructions on how to reach the apartment from the train station and was there to meet me and give me a quick run through of the apartment complex (elevators, parking facilities, refuse area) and the apartment itself, as well as some recommendations for local restaurants and markets. Overall I highly rate Agnès's apartment to stay whether in Rennes for a short break or a longer extended stay, it is perfect for individual travellers or couples.

Secure luxury property. The lobby, hallways, and elevator are very beautiful, and cleaning is done regularly in common areas. The apartment is new, bright, and furnished to the taste of the day. Everything works well in the kitchen. Pleasant terrace. A great stay. The host, René, is quite friendly and responsive.

Everything was perfect! Communication with Ferhat was easy and efficient. We appreciated the flexibility regarding check-in and checkout times. Theo's place was perfectly located to quickly reach the place where we spent most of our weekend. Theo is very accommodating and committed to ensuring that our stay goes smoothly. Very tidy, clean and quiet. This apartment has everything you need to cook on site and is a stone's throw from a crossroads market. Its wifi allowed us to work from home without any hassle on Friday afternoons. Anyway, I would be happy to come back and stay at this airbnb.
