Morgan entrusts us with his house, a house where it is good to live, which is not an empty, tasteless and lifeless accommodation, there is his whole life in it, his memories, his passions, his life and he gives us his keys on the principle of trust which is very pleasant in this "special" time. This house is very nice and its amenities allow a real stay of disconnection and relaxation The icing on the cake, Morgan is nice and not stingy about the history of his house or to give advice on what to do / see around his home.

Very good stay at Fériel's place, it has everything you need to have a good vacation. The garden is peaceful and shaded with shaded corners. The bedding is excellent, we slept very well. The host is very welcoming and cheerful. There were 7 of us and everyone had their own space. We recommend this listing!

Listing as described. The house is functional, very clean and pleasant with its large living room that overlooks the park and the forest. We spent 10 days with the family, in absolute calm enjoying a perfect environment for nature lovers. We are 20 minutes from the beaches, Auray, Carnac and megalithic sites. Ideal for those who want to spend a holiday near the Golf while avoiding the crowds. Luc and Françoise, the owners, are considerate and very friendly.

I would recommend this villa. the hot tub is great. the water temperature is hot and very nice. the house is very well located, we walked to the little house in Saint Cado. we had a great stay.

Very pleasant stay as part of a regatta. The house is very well located, the neighborhood is quiet, anything can be done on foot. Marie and Sophie are very responsive, it's very easy to communicate with. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. I recommend it!!

Thanks to Françoise for her welcome and pre-host! Its flexibility allowed us to wake up in Carnac on Sunday mornings 😉 We were able to recharge in this peaceful place, and were able to take beautiful walks quickly accessible from the house. We had hoped for the functional Nordic bath in February but we are happy to retain the address!

Thanks to Sabrina for cheering us in her big house. Great for meeting with friends. Sabrina is very responsive and very welcoming. It is accommodating for arrivals and departures. We spent a night there and the bedding is of good quality.

Maelle's place has a lot of charm, the amenities are qualitative and the cleanliness was impeccable for our stay. The best value for money since we've seen it for a long time. We plan to come back soon;)

We had a lovely stay Sébastien is very responsive and attentive. The apartment is completely compliant, the charm of the old well decorated and functional. In the center, everything is within walking distance, enough to have a good time with the family.

Very nice, spacious, bright apartment with double exposure, very comfortable and tastefully furnished. Everything is set up for the comfort of the hosts. The terrace and parking are a real plus. The view of the harbor is a beautiful at all hours of the day. Virginia is very responsive to any request and question.

Nicolas' accommodation is very well located near the port of Vannes. The accommodation itself is extremely cozy with nice decoration and super well-equipped. The living room is huge and super nice. We slept really well because it was so quiet... In short, everything was perfect... We'll be happy to go back.

We had a short but pleasant stay at Marie-Therese's who was a responsive, welcoming host and advised us on the activities of the surroundings. The place is peaceful and pleasant and we felt very comfortable there.

Not only is the apartment beautiful and comfortable, but the sea view is an enchantment...... We enjoyed everything, Valerie was very attentive to us, everything is done to be well . Very well located between seaside , shops and sites to visit, even without a car. We really enjoyed our stay!!!!!

Finally, a physical welcome at check-in and check-out, a pleasant approach and in the airbnb spirit of all the beginnings. The apartment is very pleasant and comfortable, the garden a real bonus. A wonderful week with family at Jean Michel and Marie's place. Everything is there to feel good. The house is impeccable, perfectly equipped, very well arranged and the beds are good. The location is ideal with the waterfront right in front of the house and the city center a 2-minute walk away. Thank you Marie for being there when we arrived and for these lovely touches! We loved Etel and will be back soon we hope!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, chic house. The pool area and spa and outdoor seating are fabulous and we spent many hours chilling here. Also the musical instruments and vinyl collection made this a house with such a laid back and happy vibe. Jean Luc and Ingrid were amazing hosts. They helped us to book many outings and made us feel incredibly welcome. The food upon our arrival was outstanding, above and beyond expectation. The location is superb. Many lovely beaches, pretty towns, wonderful shops and restaurants. Merci beaucoups!

We booked Jean-Michel's house for a family holiday. This was for 14 people and across 3 generations. The house met all our requirements and expectations perfectly. The swimming pool and outdoor areas were great, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Jean-Michel was a super host, being responsive to a number of questions about bedroom set up. It was good to have Priscilla there on arrival to answer any questions. The town of Etel was a nice peaceful place, from which you are able to explore the local area. It would have been useful to have a floor plan showing the house / bedroom layout but that is being picky. We would highly recommend both property and Jean-Michel as a host to anyone else.

We had a pleasant stay. The house is comfortable for the number of people we were (6 adults, 1 child and 1 infant). The house is clean and well equipped. It is well located for walking on the peninsula and is quiet. You can walk to the seaside. Yolaine is very responsive as needed.
