We had a great stay by the sea. The accommodation is as described, very good bedding, equipped and 20 m from the beach. We were able to easily visit the surrounding area.

We had a great weekend at this place Everything was clean and tidy. A little attention to our dogs with an exit bowl ☺️ The accommodation is in a peaceful setting with a pretty wood just opposite, ideal for walks. We were 10 minutes from Montpellier by car, while being out of the city center, so it was perfect for us Go there with your eyes closed

It was a perfect stay. Excellent hosting. The studio was very clean. The bathroom is fine. Jean-Paul had turned on the heater before my arrival (mid-January, negative temperature) so it was very pleasant. An aperitif dinner was even organized with the neighbors who shared the same passion as me. Having the car in the garden as well as a set of keys allows us to be serene and make our lives as we see fit. Highly recommend this sweet sweet spot!

Throughout the stay (and even before our arrival), the exchange with Mélanie was easy, friendly and on everything efficient. The apartment was as expected and described! It was clean and convenient for our use and need (2 adults, 1 child and 1 infant). We had a pleasant stay and thank Melanie for her warm welcome.

We have just returned from our week of vacation and what to say...we are almost sad to have returned home ahaha! The cottage is very nice and perfect for a stay with the family. We were able to fully enjoy the pool of the residence, the terrace and the air conditioning. Since the accommodation is very well-equipped, we did not miss anything. We really had a great week, I would definitely recommend her place. It's a real favorite, we'll be back for some.

The apartment is as described. It is pleasant. There is a bus stop (line 15) about 100 meters away. During this period, 1h30mn between 2 buses which did not correspond to my treatment schedules. Due to our availability, I did not have the pleasure of meeting Florence; nevertheless, she was easily reachable by phone, at the list and caring. I would recommend her apartment.

We had a great time, the house was very nice. Too bad the good weather was not at the appointment, we will come back to enjoy the great outdoor space.

A very beautiful outfit, which is very well equipped and decorated with taste. The terrace is much appreciated. It is located in a very cute little residence, very clean and quiet, the place is very peaceful and the pool is really a plus. The accommodation is very well located, 10-15 minutes from the beaches , the port. Meze is a nice little village. We had a lovely stay and will remember this address. We had a great time. Extremely clean house, very well equipped, as described. In a very quiet cul-de-sac and close to highways. Note the Aldi at 400 m allowing you to run errands quickly. We were able to enjoy the pool for a very hot week. The air-conditioned house is a real asset. The small touches upon arrival touched us. We'll be happy to go back!

Very happy stay, excellent welcome. Impeccable accommodation, very nice with pool and air conditioning. Well located, only downside near a cooperative and the bottling is sometimes noisy but the owners had nothing to do with it.

We had a great weekend of family reunion. The cottage is equipped with everything you need for a group, and the living room is very nice. Everyone noticed that the bedding was comfortable. And we really enjoyed the game room during this rainy weekend. Audrey and Jonathan are responsive and have taken great care to make sure everyone is settled in. In short, a great cottage for a family stay.

Very good welcome from Corinne, pleasant house and well located very close to the pond of Thau to walk along it. Beautiful view from the edge of the pond on Mont Saint Clair where Sète is located.

we had a very good welcome from Claudine ,the house is as in the photos , the place is very quiet and relaxing , I warmly recommend this rental and we will come back with great pleasure. A large living space downstairs and 3 large bedrooms upstairs . We returned 3 vehicles without problem , 6mn walk to be at the edge of the pond on the restaurant side otherwise 300 m to be done to be at the edge of the pond.

We had an amazing stay at Marc and Sarah's house! We are a family of four who stayed in the house for about 10 weeks. We had an impeccable time from start to finish. The house and garden are very pretty, and are located in the cozy village of Assas. The place is ideal for walks in the beautiful surroundings of the property. Communication from the hosts, as well as kindness and the service from the helpers was fantastic. Recommend everyone to visit the house!
