We stayed here for over a month and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is comfortable with everything you might need for a long stay. Ann Marie was always ready to help with any issues, thanks a lot! The bathroom and the balcony could have been cleaner, but apart from that everything was perfect.

Apartment in a great location, spacious, well arranged and crossing. From the balcony overlooking the harbor and the park and rooms overlooking the church. It's super nice to have lunch with the rising sun. On the other hand, if like me, you are sensitive to noises don't forget your quiescent balls! But despite that, I had a great stay and I recommend this apartment in the heart of Royan.

Ideal accommodation for two very well located 200m from shops the car park right next door is a real plus. The accommodation is impeccable and very well arranged The small terrace allows you to eat outside when the weather permits

We had a great weekend at Claude's place which I thank again for his flexibility on check-in and check-out times. The apartment located 5 minutes walk from Le Chay beach is very well equipped, functional and comfortable. A stay that's too short to come back!

One of my best experiences on Airbnb. Before the booking Christine was super helpful and responsive. Their place is magical. Spacious and decorated in a lovely characterful way. We were 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a new born and everyone was happy. The bikes and child’s trailer were in good condition and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area with them. The location is perfect, the town of marennes is beautiful and peaceful. The market a few doors down is fantastic and we shopped there every day it was open. The large supermarket is a short walk away. The bakery next door was fantastic also. We spent every evening cooking in the large well equipped kitchen. A brilliant holiday that wouldn’t have been the same without this Airbnb - Thankyou Christine and Olivier!

House located in a quiet environment, well equipped. The outdoor terrace is lovely. Bruno is a welcoming and caring host. The availability of bikes is a big plus. Beach 15 minutes by bike. Supermarket 10 minutes away by car. Grocery store with bread drop 300 meters on foot. We had a lovely stay and recommend this rental.

Very nice accommodation, very well equipped and perfectly located: close to the beach, central market, shops. We park the car nearby (always a spot) and you can do anything on foot. Great welcome, we were even able to anticipate the arrival time.

The accommodation is very well located in the center of La Rochelle: it is possible to do anything on foot. The apartment is very clean and has all the amenities. Sarah is also very welcoming and accommodating; especially on the departure time (we were able to leave our luggage in the accommodation until early afternoon.)
