Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint-Épain

A very nice apartment, spacious, tastefully arranged and well-equipped. The private outdoor space should be particularly nice on sunny days. Exchanges with Pascal are warm, clear and quick. The apartment is located in the old Towers close to all amenities and places to visit. We recommend, you will have a pleasant time there for sure.

The accommodation is brand new, comfortable, well appointed and equipped. I didn't miss anything. The bedding is at the top, the environment quiet (or, if it is noisy, the apartment is particularly well insulated because you can't hear a single car😅). It was really ideal for my appointment in Trousseau, I already plan to come back. And to top it all off, Florence is very friendly and pro-active. I highly recommend 🙏🏻

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is located on the 1st floor in the attic of a holiday home with a total of 3 apartments. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. We were able to relax well in this very quiet location and look at various castles. We thank Cécile and Romain for the great place to stay.

Delighted with this short romantic stay, the accommodation was very clean decoration at the top, accessible parking in front of the accommodation and city center on foot 5 minutes max. Just to laugh, it was missing a box opener. 😉😁 Fortunately, the super u is 3 minutes away . For €1.49 we were able to open our box of foie gras to accompany our bugs and wine😅😉😍 Everything was great, I recommend it, thank you again.

A wonderful Christmas where our family scattered all over France was able to gather. Everything is planned for a more than pleasant stay, to prepare XXL meals, gather all around the table. Danielle's place is very nice and very well equipped. The balneo and parking are some assets. All the basics (tea, coffee, salt, oil, toilet paper) were available, as well as dishwasher and washing machine tablets upon request. The environment is quiet and relaxing, the nearby Loire was a real plus. Thanks again to Pauline for the late welcome. We would recommend this listing!

We are very satisfied with this rental. The house is very well located, very close to the castles of Chinon, Langeais, Azay le Rideau, Saumur, Fontevraud abbey.. and the Bourgueil vineyards, Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil, Chinon.. The house is spacious with 3 large bedrooms with bathrooms in each, very large living-dining room with American-style kitchen, and all appliances as described. Two bedrooms give access to the garden, the third is upstairs. Bedding and towels provided. The gate is wide enough to park your car inside, hallway long enough for 2 cars. In addition, the hosts are very kind and helpful. One day, we needed a screwdriver and Patrick came to bring it to us, despite the late hour. Leaving, Patrick and Isabelle came to tell us Au Revoir and trusted us, refusing to check the condition of the premises. We highly recommend this rental.
