Beautiful apartment in a good location north of Paris. Clean, peaceful, a short walk to the metro!

This was one of our favourite Airbnbs. The location is superb, accommodation impeccably well described. David was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The flat is spacious and comfortable and whilst it’s bang on the centre of le marais it is on a peaceful courtyard which means lovely and quiet at night. The flat is tastefully furnished and has all the mod cons. Luggage is easy to manipulate given the small flight of stairs to the first floor. We loved our busy Parisian days ending in relaxation at the flat. We needed early access and David was a joy to deal with. The cleaner was friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to return. We had a wonderful week at Delphine's in August. The house is set in beautiful grounds and the views over the peaceful countryside were wonderful, especially in the late afternoon with the sunset. We enjoyed using the covered pool, even when raining, and the pool house has a fridge and toilet which meant with young children we didn't need to walk back up the hill path to the main house. The tennis court and basketball net were also was a big hit and she provided lots of balls and rackets to keep everyone entertained. There is a lovely boulangerie in Chambray, and big supermarket nearby in Vernon, and the location is great for taking day trips to the coast and surrounding towns. Check in and check out was smooth with the friendly Martine showing us around the house and providing all the details, even using a translation app so we could communicate and understand each other well. It really was the perfect week for relaxing and switching off for a while.

Good place - close to tower

Dear Transient Lodging Tax, smooth communication, a little further from the center, but quickly accessible by train. The place was clean, tidy, with a nice outdoor patio. I recommend.

It was an amazing apartment equipped with everything we enjoyed staying with my wife and I, it felt like we were in our own home, it is very beautiful and close to everything especially since the Arc de Triomphe is within walking distance and the Champs-Elysees is only meters away

The hosts are very friendly, they explained everything to us and were always available when needed. The apartment matches the photos and description perfectly. We particularly appreciated the presence of a parking lot, as well as the proximity of a Carrefour, bakery, pharmacy and RER stop. For us it's not very convenient to have only one key, but we adapted. Everything went very well. Thank you!

The accommodation is very well appointed, with a level of equipment and a very neat decoration. We had a great time, for family reunions: the house lends itself well because there is space. The property is on the edge of a shopping area, which has the advantage of being able to do shopping on foot, while having a small garden on the countryside.
