This was our second time staying here. The privacy and views simply cannot be beat! Evenings in the hot tub overlooking the Bay are the best. It’s a quick 10 minutes to Pacific Beach and great restaurants, or a little further to La Jolla or Gas Lamp. We will always try to come back when in San Diego!

We had a great stay at Larry’s place! The house is very clean and has all the amenities one might need. Our favorite place to hang out was the patio - you can see the sunsets right from the hot tub. Great location too, close to so many restaurants and walking distance to Belmont Park. The host was available to answer any questions and provided all the necessities and more. The garage had many beach toys available and we enjoyed flying the butterfly kite! Would definitely stay here again!

Great home and location…even better than the pictures and gorgeous plants and landscaping! My kids loved the pool, and we used the grill and kitchen (stocked with sharp knives and nice pots/pans) often…we would love to come back!

Fantastic place. Warm wide pine flooring, quality furniture, lots of natural light, new bed, fully furnished, private and pretty back yard patio. A block or two from a number of very nice restaurants and shops, four blocks from the beach and park. Ņot over developed with high rises. Still holds a quaint character!

I had a lovely time at the Loft. It was quiet and the space had everything I needed for a 5 week stay. My cat enjoyed it as well.

I had a really comfortable stay and the location was great. The host responded to my requests right away. I had a great time.

Overall, a great place to stay. I was a bit shocked that the location did not have a television. Other than that, it was well worth it and quiet!

Atalanta is truly a super host! She's thought of everything guests would need AND responds quickly to any questions we had. The Green Door looked exactly like the listing photos and immediately felt cozy and clean when we arrived. We especially loved how dog-friendly it is, from the couch cover for our pup to extra poop bags, she's made it easy for folks to stay with our furry family. We hope to come back soon so we can enjoy the gated front yard and BBQ!

Clean, comfortable and well-equipped cottage with bonus amenities of off-street parking and a nice outdoor area. Victor is a welcoming and responsive host who communicates clearly and makes sure guests have all they need. We hope to be back.

Lisa’s place is always the first place I search for when planning a trip to San Diego. Perfect location to avoid the congestion in mission valley or downtown, and it’s only 10 minutes from SDSU if you’re visiting your kid there.

The elephant in the room is the train. Let’s get that out of the way. You’re not going to stay anywhere close to the beaches or all the restaurants and shops available to you off the 101 in Encinitas and not deal with the train noise. With that aside, Lance’s place was the perfect little cottage for our long weekend. My wife and two teenage daughters had plenty of space available to us. The kitchen was well appointed. There is a washer and dryer outside in a shed attached to the house with easy access. I saw someone’s comment on another review of this place, and they said that having the washer and dryer outside was inconvenient in the event that it rains. 😏 I guess they’ve never been to Southern California before. Anyway, awesome fenced-in front yard with chairs, plenty of space for two vehicles in the driveway. Ultimately the access to all the shops restaurants and the beach was the driver and we scored with what the house had to offer. Will stay again.

Jordy’s place was exactly as described and was very cute and had everything I needed and in a cute and safe neighborhood/beach community of SD! Her place was the perfect aesthetic/cleanliness I was looking for to use as a stage for a private and romantic proposal for me and my partner! Definitely on the smaller side but otherwise great!

We are saying goodbye to the best dog we’ve ever owned… our 17 year old Aussie….Slater We picked this place based on the needs of our buddy. Arthritic, deaf and almost blind he needed a place safe and comfortable. It was all that. It isn’t The Lodge at Torrey Pines (5 star, 900/night). It is in a beautiful area. It is dated. It is clean. It was so close to the dog park over the Bird Rock surf spots. Huge nightly turnout of locals with their dogs and kids for the spectacular sunsets. Super safe area with great places to eat. We will return again is Slater is still with us. If this is his last trip with us we are so grateful for such a great stay and the memories made

My husband and I loved our stay here. It’s in a great location close to lots of things - we ended up at liberty station a few times. There’s a grocery store right there if you need anything too. The dedicated parking is especially nice since street parking is so busy. The app for the door was easy to use. The inside was gorgeous and spotless, there’s no clutter and some extra great bonuses that made us feel welcome. The sofa was great for watching a little tv. The bed was super comfortable, no issues sleeping like I normally have at hotels. We went when there was some chilly weather and it could get a little chilly inside but no issues warming up. Overall everything was great! We would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back to the area.

It is a cozy cottage. It was very clean and tidy. The mattress and bedding very comfortable. It had everything a person would need for a short or long stay. The location is very convenient. Just a couple blocks from cafes and restaurants. And easy to get onto the highway. Joy was very hands on with communication and inquiring if anything was needed. This is definitely my go to place next time I am visiting the area.

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and tons of amazing restaurants. The space was roomy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We had a great stay here. Host was very accommodating and location was super convenient. Just a block away from the best dog beach ever. Our doggo didn’t want to leave.
