The place was very amazing and host was very friendly with us . He allowed our friends to check in early that was a very kind of him. I would highly recommend to stay their when ever you visit Nanital

The place is amazing, the hosts were great. They have a 24/7 care taker in the property named Sachin, who took care of all the needs we had on commuting, eating and sightseeing. The rooms are exactly as described in the listing, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Though the property requires some stairs and I understand it is structurally required because if the terrain of the houses Nainital, and the hosts really cannot do anything about it, but Shivang was really helpful to inform us of the prior to that, and since no one among us had any mobility issue, we were fine. But for someone who has, this property is not recommended. The property is walking distance to the bustand and there are lot of eateries and activities to do around the area. The furnishings in the property were new and fairly maintained, the bedsheets were fresh and the blankets were good and fresh too. The bathrooms were clean and modern, kitchen had all the amenities. Overall our stay was amazing.

The staff was extremely courteous, especially Mr Gaurav Negi, and he was attentive to our needs all the time even at 11 pm, we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all amenities, making it a perfect blend. Food quality was great too. Overall, Gaurav provided us with a memorable stay in Nainital. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for all in one.

I had a fantastic experience at the homestay. The apartment was spotless and with a perfect blend of comfort and peace. The location was ideal—nestled in a quiet, charming neighborhood. Aditi was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had all the information I needed before and during my stay. The check-in process was super easy, and they even checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Househelp service was also top notch. Himanshu's property is a well-managed and quiet homestay, with a lot of private garden space but at the same time at a comfortable reach from both Bhimtal and Naukuchia Taal and few more attractions. The caretaker Dushyant too was very supportive and proactive. A great stay option for Nainital trips.

The homeagain is literally a home in nainital. The residence was exactly as posted. The owner was responsive and the place was on the side of mall road which is easy to get in and its pretty secure place, no worry about security and the balcony is the deal breaker for this place. Had a nice time there and also thanks to naveen bhaiya he took care of everything thanks to him .

The place is situated between Bhimtal and Naukuchiatal, both Nainital and Kacchidham is an hour from the property. We stayed for 2 days and were able to visit all the placed per our check list. All rooms were adequate for the stay but in evening food delivery has limited options.

We had an amazing stay at Pragya’s place! She was super prompt in sharing guidelines, local recommendations, and helpful tips, which made everything smooth. The house itself was perfect—beautifully designed, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. The breakfast basket was a lovely touch, and the goodbye gift pack was such a nice surprise. A special shoutout to Hansi Didi and Bhuvan, who were incredibly helpful throughout. There are plenty of great cafes nearby, and we’d highly recommend asking Pragya for her picks—we loved every place she suggested. Would absolutely stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Khurpatal and it was an unforgettable experience for me and my parents . This place is perfect for those who want peace and calm. Property is amazing, with every possible amenities. Kitchen was well-equipped. Cozy living space. Lovely outdoor area, with beautiful flowers. View is breathtaking, area is secure, you can walk outside the condo and enjoy the serene landscape. Overall it’s perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. Hosts were amazing, gave me all the necessary information and were available for any requests. Wifi is not available, however mobile network works fine. Not many restaurants around, however it’s just 20 mins drive to Nainital. It was a memorable stay, would love to return soon. Highly recommended.
