Apartment vacation rentals in Saigon River

We were unable to stay in the room we had booked because there was an air conditioning problem. However, we were relocated to another similar apartment in the same residence. So I cannot say exactly about this particular listing. The host is very very responsive, the access instructions are clear.It is possible to leave your luggage and access the property on your own, as well as do laundry, which is a big plus. It's a little out of the way from the places of interest in District 1, but it's still within walking distance. Although in an alley, the noise from neighbors around, and dogs can be painful, but the host can't do anything about it.

We will definitely come to Ly’s apartment again. This executive level apartment was terrific in every respect. Clean, tidy, spacious, airy and with all the amenities we needed. Staff on reception were very friendly and responsive as was Ly. The restaurant on the ground floor was absolutely terrific with some great choices, including vegetarian. The location was perfect too. Easy walks to the river, the palace and other attractions. On an additional note we found a Tuk Tuk Driver(Mr Bunny) recommended on Trip Advisor. He was a star. Smiling, friendly, accommodating, he was always punctual and on hand to take us places if we asked. Despite the warnings we’d had about petty crime in the city, as with all the cities in Vietnam and Cambodia, we never once felt at risk. We walk endlessly, sometimes 10kms a day and Phnom Penh, and this apartment’s location was perfect for that. All round, a truly excellent stay.

The place has great view and everything you need for a short stay for a small family. Host is very friendly and helpful.

Minh is probably the best host I've had the pleasure to book from. Her communication is just so good and so proactive. But not annoying at all, just enough. Extremely helpful, the place was great and the location is perfect. Would book again!

It was a beautifully apartment that we got on level 6, when we arrive staff are friendly and so was host was also helpful. The place was clean very well presented. Lính help us with the amenities like pool. Help us get towel everyday as my boys have allergy so they require new towel every day. But then stay was comfortable. The only thing is it is far away from main district 1 area walking is far. We took grab taxi but could be pricey at time to get to main attraction but we still would stay here again as we like how it accommodate more than 5-7 people in the same place not like hotel.

I had an amazing time at Borei's apartment on the top floor overlooking the water. What an amazing VIEW!!! Perfect location for the fun nightlife surrounding this area as well. Very easy access to the room and Borei's staff met me in front of the building at a moment's notice. The bed was a high quality memory foam mattress, which, if you have spent a lot of time in Asia, you'll know can be a very rare find to find a comfy bed, much less memory foam!! AMAZING! Borei was an awesome host. He was flexible with me on the check-in time, since I was checking out of another Airbnb that did not work out very well. His flexibility was a god send. The air conditioners were functioning great. There were a couple of waters in the fridge which saved me a trip to 7-11. Overall I have no complaints at all and it is a very beautiful apartment. Hot water takes a minute to get going, but is very hot once warmed up. Shower was fantastic.

Amazing Stay in the suburban area of Ho Chi Minh City! We had a fantastic stay at Thànhs apartment! The location is perfect for families with easy access to great restaurants and cafes. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thànhs was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing great recommendations and ensuring a smooth check-in process. The building felt safe, and the amenities were top-notch. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

everything you need is provided, very clean and good location, easy to for grab to find as well. Good natural light from the window at the bathtub area. Overall great stay and responsive and nice host.

Generally, it was great. However, there were some ants because the weather was very hot.

I personally cannot recommend this accommodation enough. They clearly spent time on the little details like retro furniture, little lighting touches, etc. to be able to wash and dry your clothes was fantastic. Been able to walk outside and everything is walking distance. I found a little bakery and the seller would ask me to come and pick a pastry from the hot oven at 6am every morning. Fresh coffee from the shop next door and you know that’s just the perfect start to a morning. If have a question for the host, I get a reply with a solution. I had a motorcycle with me and I could park off street. One night I almost forgot and left it outside, but I get a prompt message from the host, reminding me to move it inside. :) I don’t think I would stay anywhere else now, if I am in Ho Chi Minh. Well done to everyone involved with the host.

Place was clean and prefect location, host provided us everything we need in the room without needing us to ask for it, slippers, tissue, umbrella, TV with Netflix, washing machine even laundry detergent and also dryer as well. Overall the stay was prefect. Only downside was they lock the gate all the time without anyway for us to unlock other than calling the guard to open for us, but it might not feel good when we back home late or we need to go out at midnight because we need to wake the guard up in order to open the front gate. we can't even order grab food when we hungry at midnight because we dont wanna wake the guard up😂

I was satisfied with everything, but the room was different from the picture. The room I changed wasn't bad either.
