It was now our third ski trip that we spent with Claudius. Everything was fine again. We liked it very much again! We would come back any time and can recommend Claudius's place with a clear conscience. Claudius's house is also ideal for holidays outside the winter season. You are in the middle of a hiking and biking area or you can just enjoy the seclusion. GREAT THING!

Very cosy and well equipped appartment in close proximity to the Flims ski slopes. Spectacular outdoor scenery to enjoy from the appartment's terrace. Perfect for a ski holiday or any other outdoor activity. Would gladly come again.

Oliver's apartment is highly recommended! We felt very comfortable😊. Location The location is great! Skiing: the bus stops at the front door and takes 1 minute to the cable cars in Flims. In the afternoon you can still sunbathe on the balcony. 🌞 Facilities Especially the kitchen is really well furnished. No cheap materials have been used. Top appliances, great finishes and comfortable furniture in the apartment. You can see small signs of wear every now and then, but totally ok and so it's much more sustainable💯. The children's room was smaller than expected, but still totally cosy. Additional 🧖🏼‍♀️ The swimming pool and sauna are right in the annex. The use is - once you understand it (everything is explained and the residents of Casa Caglims are super nice and helpful) - pleasant and soothing. You'll also have the sauna to yourself. Things to know 💡 1. The ski cellar has no drying rods for the shoes. No drama, just good it before

The apartment is in a great location. Especially in front of the bus that leads to the ski resort. In addition, it has been very cozy, perfectly equipped and just right for us. Nicole is friendly and communication went perfectly. Looking forward to next time!

Billy was available at all times and took great care of us. The apartment is great, well equipped and modern, and sauna/hammam and hot tub are mega after a day of skiing. Thanks Billy, also for the cava 😉

The accommodation (no. 1, ground floor) in a house with about 7 apartments plus associated infrastructure (ski cellar, leisure room, carport per apartment, garbage separation area, black board with information, laundry cellar) is comfortably furnished in the 80/90s style and above all very well equipped (and everything labeled); especially the modern kitchen (e.g. incl. Fondue equipment). Heating was warm and beds cozy, we didn't have to freeze. Images correspond to reality and everything is well organized. It is located 50 m from the Rhine and only a 5-minute walk from the thermal bath in a very quiet residential area. All necessary shops are also within walking distance.

A really lovely hideaway in a beautiful valley! Free parking available directly outside the apartment, and the views are spectacular. The apartment is super clean and stays warm in the winter. The shower is excellent! We cooked our own dinner for a couple of nights and found everything we needed - utensils, spices, napkins, etc. Elena was a fantastic host, explaining the local restaurants and sights to us. Everything about our stay was perfect!

About as perfect an airbnb as you can imagine. James's place is his own holiday home and you can tell by all the personality it has. We stayed for a week of skiing and found it an incredibly comfortable and relaxing place to call home. It helps that James did everything he could to make us feel that way. Couldn't recommend it more if you're after a place to unwind and are the sort of person who will take care of a place as if it were your own. Deserves no less.

Great terrace with beautiful views, spacious living space. Great equipped kitchen. Top ski room and the luxury of driving from the garage directly into the apartment by elevator.

Joelle is very responsive and kind. The apartment is spacious, bright, and well equipped. Perfect for a family of 4-5. Super position with easy access to many beautiful hikes (some start exactly from the apartment e.g. Rocabella or Pass da Sett), lots of tranquility, and a quick drive to more populated Engadin and Surses.

Very satisfied with the place and the friendly hosts. There is nothing to complain about . We will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect, the exchanges with Tamara, the hospitality, on arrival the beds were made, the apartment is impeccable and quiet with very large windows. You can feel the desire to welcome visitors in beautiful conditions.

We had a wonderful stay (2 couples) for the weekend, and the views were incredible. We loved sitting on the balcony at sunrise and sunset. We felt right at home and all amenities were there. It is located on the side of a mountain, but there were grocery stores in the town below and a good restaurant a bit further up. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and everything needed was there. The directions given to find the house are accurate and helpful and we found it without issue, but it could still be a bit tricky (one road up was closed for construction but we just turned around and easily went up the next). One couple arrived by train/bus and the other by car and both were easy. 10/10 and we would absolutely stay here again!
