Scott’s place was cozy and comfortable. An easy drive to Sunday River and within walking distance to restaurants in Bethel. We had a great stay.

We have stayed at places in North Conway for many years and this property was the best by far! All the amenities were there as described, and Jeremiah & Lisseth were excellent hosts responding to my questions quickly and friendly !

We had a lovely weekend at Debbie's home! It was immaculate and very welcoming. The place is located right off the main road but is secluded. The weather wasn't great so we didn't get to enjoy the grill or outdoor setup but it looked very nice. The kitchen was amazing! All the equipment was in great condition and as a cook, was everything I wanted. Close to everything York has to offer! Great for families or a couple with a dog like us. Highly recommend!

Tara was a great host, which any questions she got back to us with the answers almost immediately. The home was just as beautiful as the view and was a quick distance to the center of town. Fantastic place to gather with family for a cozy weekend in the woods. Most definitely will be staying with her listing again in the future!

Our party had a great stay at Julie's home! The house is so well stocked and so many logical choices were made by Julie to make the stay as convenient and effortless as possible. The hot tub was awesome, the lower floor was cozy and fun with plenty of games, and the layout was great for the two kids and two adults. The entire house was very clean and comfortable. Julie was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay. She also had a basket of goodies waiting for us on arrival. I would love to come back in the summer months to kayak on the lake. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Heather is an amazing host and we really enjoyed staying at her place while skiing at Sunday River. You can just tell when someone has worked really hard to get all of the details right. Heather's thought of everything. The ski-themed decorations were really cool and enjoyed by the entire family. There was a big snow storm while we were there and Heather made sure someone came over to clear the driveway and walkways. Would highly recommend!

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

Had a great stay at Jacob’s place. It was clean, cozy, and the perfect location for accessing all the activities in Waterville Valley. Jacob was an extremely responsive host.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

The scenery was beautiful and the house was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was fantastic and the living room was very cozy with a nice fire place. The kids had plenty to do, we were able to spread out, and Susan was very nice to talk to and very responsive.

Short stay of two nights to get some skiing in during NH kids vacation week. We skied Black Mtn (15 mins away) and got 6” of snow our first day there. It’s in a 4 or 6 unit building but felt private and the area is secluded. Plenty of room for me, my wife and two boys (plus our dog). Easily better than a hotel - way more room. Oh - The snack basket was a hit - our boys ransacked that.

Nice property, clean and quiet. There were quite a few, very detailed rules to follow regarding noise, cleanliness, cleaning up, etc which came across as aggressive in the initial emails. I can understand the sentiment behind them but as a quiet, clean, and respectful couple, it was a little intimidating. We had some trouble accessing the property but the host answered his phone when I called and was able to get us right in, that was very much appreciated.

Great house just a few minutes from downtown. The house was very cozy and clean in a quiet neighborhood. Our dogs loved the huge side yard as well. The heated ceiling fan in the upstairs bathroom is heavenly 😅

This house was great for our stay with 6 families and lots of babies. The house was equipped with plenty of towels, baby gear and kitchen items. Perfect amount of space for a big party. Very spread out in terms of bedrooms but cozy common living areas to all hang out in. Host was responsive and overall great stay. Not much to do in the area, but it was close in proximity to grocery stores, Walmart and even Starbucks. Highly recommend.

it's a great house perfect for snowmobilers.

Deborah was super inviting, and accommodated our later check-in without question. She took the time to show us around and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Her communication was excellent and her place was just right! It really was a quiet, cozy, comfortable space for my husband and I and our pup to stay, despite the howling winds and blowing snow outside! We were grateful for the last-minute availability after our travel plans changed, and we would definitely stay again in the future!

The Hemlock Tiny House was perfect for our winter getaway to Vermont! Close to the Lake Morey I’ve skating track and the center of Fairlee. The space was clean and cosy. Would stay there again!

Cozy and very clean property! I would highly recommend this place for your year-round personal and/or recreational use. Our host and property maintenance personnel were very responsive and proactive. We received a lot of snow during our visit and the property management team worked quickly to ensure a safe environment.

I was looking forward to my stay here for a ski trip for months. Check in was easy and when we got inside it was bigger and better than I expected, sitting around the wood stove telling stories with friends made the hours feel like seconds and was the perfect way to wind down after a fun filled day on the slopes, and the hosts are super quick to respond to any questions. Only thing worth mentioning is it's very important to have your vehicle set up for winter conditions as I did get stuck in the driveway due to my half worn all season tires and the fact my car is rwd. Completely my fault though. winter tires and chains are highly recommend if staying in the snowy months, otherwise the place was outstanding

My wife and I loved our stay in Amy’s guesthouse. Amy reached out ahead of time to clarify directions to the property, and they were very clear to follow. We also downloaded a map of the area ahead of time. It was a snowy weekend in Vermont, but the long driveway to Amy’s was plowed and ready for our arrival! The guesthouse was unlocked and the heat was on. A partially finished puzzle was on the coffee table, beckoning our attention. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. The entire property was very cute and exactly what we were looking for to decompress in the outdoors. We travel with our dog and cat, and were grateful for Amy to allow us all to enjoy her guesthouse for a long weekend. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pamela's! She provided a lot of great recommendations for the area. There's a ton of hiking, kayaking, and restaurants within a 20-30 minute drive. There are a few food options and shops within walking distance as well. The apt had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Staying at this cabin was truly wonderful! We had an excellent time taking in the beautiful views, and our rescue pup certainly loved looking out the big window in the living room! If you are looking to feel cozy, right at home, and surround yourself in nature this is definitely the place for you. Kevin is an incredibly gracious host, they even coordinated plowing the driveway when we were hit by a winter storm warning (prior to receiving any request from us!). Their guide book of recommendations was also lovely and thoughtful of anything we might need during our stay. We would absolutely come back to this cabin and cannot recommend it enough!
