You can safely enter anywhere with a parking lot on the 5th basement floor and a triple security device, and the security guard is there 24 hours. Since the residents in the apartment use it a lot as a second house, you can stay quietly and comfortably without the noise between floors. The first floor of the apartment is fully equipped with convenience stores, hospitals, pharmacies, and beauty salons, and has the advantage of being able to use major convenience facilities such as E-Mart Sokcho Express Bus Terminal within a 5-minute walk. Unlike other areas, Sokcho Beach is lit at 12pm to enjoy the rest and healing of all tourists.

It is rural, but most of the nearby restaurants, cafes, amenities, and tourist attractions can be reached within 20 minutes by car.(15 minutes to Sokcho Beach, 6 minutes to Mulch Beach, 6 minutes to Hanaro Mart, 15 minutes to Sokcho E-Mart, 15 minutes to Seoraksan Cable Car, 10 minutes to Naksa Temple, etc.) If you use a barbecue or pot lid, the additional cost is 30,000 won. Charcoal, firewood, torches, grills, etc. are all available, so you just need to bring food. There is also a table on the terrace, so if you want to eat simply, you can use the burner and griddle.
